新しい所有者、Townsend Placeは、3ベッドルーム、2フルバスルームのコンドミニアム、3つのクイーンベッドとキングマスタースイートを全面改装しました。 景色が見えるコーナーユニットのペントハウス。 スキーイン/スキーアウト、屋根付き駐車場、エレベーター、ホットタブ、そして村まで歩いてすぐのこのコンドミニアムは、休暇に最適です。 ステンレス製の電化製品と花崗岩製のカウンタートップが備わる設備の整ったキッチン。 ガスバーベキューグリルでデッキの上からホットタブが見えます。 階下にプライベートスキー用ロッカー（鍵あり）とコード入り鍵なしの入り口。

ビーバークリークのタウンゼントプレイスから、ショッピング、食事、アイススケートのために村まで歩いてすぐです。 ゲレンデに出るには、コンドミニアムからElkhorn Lift（チェア14）までスキーで出かけます。 ビーバークリークビレッジ、学士ガルチとアローヘッドビレッジの間の村へのスキー村。 Strawberry Park Expressの下の方にあるSkier Bridgeを越えてTownsend Placeまで戻ります。 ご希望の場合は、コンドミニアムから通りを渡ってピックアップして村に行くシャトルバスがあります。 午後6時以降は、無料の「Dial-a-Ride」ドアツードアサービスを利用して、ビーバークリーク内のどこにでも行くことができます。 12月中旬から3月までの毎週木曜日の夜に花火大会もあります（天気が良い場合）。。 200ドルの出口清掃料金、税金は10です。99％、キーピックアップなし、組み合わせは建物とマンションの正面玄関のために提供されます。 最低滞在日数は3〜5泊です。

The location was good and the communication was also good. But the place had ants or bed begs. That’s not what you expect from a place like this.

This guest stayed in the condo 7 nights and sent me a text the day she checked out stating the condo might have bed bugs and she might have to give me a low review. It felt like she was looking to get something from me. We arrived at the condo a few hours after she checked out and I contacted Orkin to do a professional inspection. Here are Orkin's results "Today I completed your inspection for bed bug concerns. During today's inspection, I did not find any activity or evidence of prior activity. No treatment plan is recommended at this time. Thank you for allowing Orkin to inspect your home." So, I sent pictures of Orkin's report to the guest. Her text message response to me was "So how does this help me?" We are also aware that there are no insects alive in the Rocky Mountains in the winter climate, we are located at 8,100 feet. All other guests who stayed here before or after this guest have never mentioned anything like this. We spent $125 on an Orkin pest control inspection because of this problem guest who was clearly looking to get something from us.

Everything about this day was fantastic. The ski-in, ski-out location made it so easy. You’re really could ski within 5 feet of the hot tub. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were plenty spacious. We cooked at home several nights because the kitchen was so well stocked with everything we needed. It was a very easy, short walk to the village; less than 5 minutes. And, communication with the host with seamless. We will definitely be back!

Great place. Great location. Easy to walk everywhere in Beaver Creek. We stayed in the fall for a family wedding and it was perfect.Communication with the owner was terrific. Kitchen well stocked and beds comfortable. Lots of cozy blankets available for cool evenings. Thank you!

Lovely Home

ski vacation

Great location, nice kitchen, nice beds, bedrooms and great showers. Very nice hot tub, short walk to village very convenient. Only downside fireplace not wood burning or gas just electric. The great room struggled to get to 70 degrees had to use two space heaters to help but bedrooms and bathrooms were warm. Host is very nice.

Outstanding unit and host!

Unit is most comfortable, awesome showers, comfy beds, completely furnished with everything you could need, hundreds of DVD movies, safe parking garage, easy access to BC Village. You will not be disappointed here! We had a lovely week here.

Epic New Years Weekend

This rental property turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. Easy ski-in, ski-out. Short and scenic walk to the Beaver Creek Village stores and dining. Clean, comfortable, spacious and well-equipped condominium was perfect for our family of four plus a friend. Communication with property manager was always timely and relevant. 10 out of 10 review score.

Wonderful accommodations & perfect location

This property was everything advertised. Renovated and nicely appointed with highly communicative owner. Perfect location just a very short walk to the center of the village. Great parking beneath the building. The climb to the apartment because there is currently no elevator was easy.

Awesome beaver creek property

Super wonderful host and property. True ski in ski out. Walkable to town. Fully stocked kitchen. Tons of movies to watch. Very comfortable for a family of 7. Stay here.

Great mountain vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay in beaver creek at this property. Joy, was a pleasure to work with, and was very accommodating and communicative. The unit was fantastic and just what we needed. Very close to Beaver Creek Village, short, walk, and very close access to all the hiking trails. I couldn’t imagine a more perfect condo if you want to get away to Beavercreek. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Great unit in a great location!

We really enjoyed our stay here in July! We were very impressed with all the amenities that were included in the unit. There was also plenty of room for our family of 6. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Plus, it is a super easy walk out the back to Beaver Creek Village. Only recommendation I have is to add a couple of comfortable chairs to the deck. We would definitely recommend this unit to others and would stay here again.

Great property and great location

My family of four stayed here for a summer trip. It was our first time to Beaver Creek and we loved our time here. The property is in a great location. It's a very short walk to restaurants and the center of the ski village. There were multiple summer activities for kids and we enjoyed the hot tub every night. The property had everything we needed during our stay. It's also located right near the ski lifts so we are planning to come back one winter and try out the slopes. We are skiers - Epic Pass holders (for many years) that live in Orange County, California and purchased the condo in 2018. Prior to owning this condo we rented at just about every place you can think of in the Beaver Creek area.

The Townsend Place condos are in a great location to ski in/ski out at Beaver Creek, plus it's a very short walk to the Village for shopping, restaurants, ice skating and the Vilar Performing Arts Center. We traveled to Beaver Creek for many ski trips for many years before deciding to buy at Townsend Place.

この宿泊施設の特徴

One of the reasons we chose this condo is because it's on the top floor of the condo building so, there will never be ski boots clomping around very loudly above us! This is something we encountered quite often as renters at a lot of ski resorts. This condo also over looks the hot tub and looks out towards Creekside Park. It's a corner unit so there are lots of windows looking out at very large evergreens, aspens and pine trees.
