Completely new villa 10 minutes from the beach located in a small, quiet, tree-filled residence with a superb view of Palombaggia bay.
2 bedrooms with large beds (160 bed and 140 bed)

Puro relax

Ho avuto diverse esperienze di affitto case vacanze e devo dire che questa è la casa più attrezzata che ho mai affittato. In cucina non mancava nulla. Dalle stoviglie agli elettrodomestici. Così come il bagno, dotato di una doccia spaziosa e lavatrice(no bidet). Due volte abbiamo avuto qualche problema con lo scarico del WC. La prima volta è stato risolto tempestivamente dalla proprietaria , la seconda volta fortunatamente si è “risolto” da solo. La casa è abbastanza vicina alla spiaggia di Palombaggia ma la strada è molto ripida ed è difficile da percorrere a piedi se si è molto carichi o con bambini molto piccoli.Ci sono comunque a disposizione parcheggi a pagamento. Nel complesso un soggiorno piacevole. Ci ritornerei subito!

Passend für kleine Familie, Auto sinnvoll

Das Haus liegt in schöner Hanglage mit tollem Blick auf die Bucht. Leider gibt es kein W-LAN, auch der Grill hat nicht funktioniert. Die Strände in der Umgebung waren sehr sehr schön, da kann man ruhig mal alle ausprobieren.

Wunderschön, wir kommen wieder

Das Objekt entspricht den Bildern von Internet, also, keine „Fälle“. Es ist sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Man muss im Vorhinein der Besitzerin schreiben, falls man Bettwäsche und Handtücher braucht (das ist nicht „automatisch“ vorhanden). Das Apartment liegt cca. 10 Minuten (zu Fuß!) vom wunderschönen Strand entfernt - das ist wirklich ein Riesenvorteil. Kurzgefasst: sehr schön und empfehlenswert.

Tolles Haus in wunderschöner Umgebung

Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet was man sich wünschen kann. Besonders herrlich war die Lounge auf der wir Tag wie Abend mit Entspannen verbracht haben. Der tolle Sandstrand ist ca. 15 min zu Fuß gut zu erreichen und bietet einem ein wundervolles türkis-blaues Meer. Absolute Empfehlung, sehr gerne wieder!

Superbe vue sur la mer

La maison était parfaite ainsi que le confort intérieur. La vue superbe et à 400 mètre de la plage. En revanche, il est dommage que les conditions de Abritel ne soient pas respectées par les propriétaires. Mais nous avons passé d'agréables vacances.

Villetta nel verde della collina sopra la spiaggia di Palombaggia

Villetta super attrezzata, di recente ristrutturazione, completa di tutto il necessario per cucinare (anche troppo). Ottima pulizia dei locali. Bagno spazioso e moderno (unico particolare: manca il bidet). Letti comodi ma cuscini non rettangolari ma quadrati (entrano male nelle federe standard). La terrazza al primo piano ha una vista bellissima. Sono installati due condizionatori, uno al piano terra e uno al primo piano. La notte si dorme al fresco! Essendo in mezzo alla natura, sono immancabili le zanzare: le finestre e le porte sono munite di zanzariere. Per mangiare in terrazza consigliamo spirali alla citronella. Il wifi è presente ma è a pagamento. Noi non lo abbiamo usato, optando per il roming europeo free sugli smatphone. Altro piccolo particolare: la tv è satellitare e si ricevono solo canali francesi..... Nota per gli utenti: l'ultimo tratto di strada per raggiungere il residence è abbastanza "in pendenza" e richiede una certa attenzione nella guida. Ringraziamo la signorina Nafissa, che ci ha condotto dal porto all'appartamento, è stata molto gentile e ci ha illustrato perfettamente l'alloggio. Nell'insieme è stato un ottimo soggiorno, Lo consigliamo vivamente. Roberto
