Prominence is one of the most popular communities on 30-A located near Watersound and Alys Beach. There is a large community pool with zero level entry. There are grills at the pool to cook your favorite burgers. The Big Chill formerly known as The Hub is located across the street in easy walking distance. It features food trucks, restaurants, shops and entertainment. The stage hosts musical acts, movies and in the fall watch your favorite sports team on the big screen. My townhouse is 3 bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. It has been professionally decorated in shades of white, gray and blue. Each bedroom has it's own smart TV and there is one centrally located in the living room. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It is fully stocked with the dishes and cookware you will need to prepare family meals. I have 4 bicycles available for your convenience and beach chairs and an umbrella and boogie boards. Recently renovated Deer Lake Park is just a short drive or bike ride away with public beach access, picnic tables, restrooms and parking. There is a $3 entry fee. The county is currently updating the bridge after Deer Lake State Park so 30A is closed at that point to thru traffic. To access Seagrove Beach and Seaside and communities west of that, you must take a detour to Hwy 98. Golf carts can only be rented exclusively through 30A Gulf Carts.
