SO clean and outstanding communication with host. Great location, kitchen well stocked and most comfortable beds. Plenty of beach towels and chairs to use as well as bikes. Wonderful stay for four ladies, our girls get away. Would love to rent this property again.

This was a great experience! Check-in was easy and I was supported every step of the way. Most important thing to me is that where I stay is clean and it totally was. The description matched the location and we had access to everything we needed. Will book again.

The place was very clean and had very nice property pool. Great location next to the HUB/Big Chill with shuttle access to beach.

Wonderful Trip

Our family really enjoyed our time here. The house was nice and just as listed. Communication with the owners was easy and great. The shuttle service to the beach was very reliable and nice to have. Would stay here again in the future.

We had a great stay! Location convenient to beaches, shops and restaurants! The property itself was very clean and comfortable for our family of four. Amenities were perfect and useful! Spring Break 2024

What a great place to stay for vacation. The condo was amazing and our host was always there to help when needed. The unit has everything and easy location to beach and food. Very clean and everything looked new. Loved it.

Perfect family getaway to 30a!

Our family of 4 traveled down to 30a for a vacation and this property was perfect! Very clean, spacious, well stocked with everything you need from kitchen supplies to beach gear, and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed going to the pool and beach every day and walking over to the Hub. Communication with the owner was easy as well!

Everything You Need

I can see why this property has such high ratings. It was extremely clean and you can tell the owners really take care of it. We appreciated the beach chairs and bikes and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area. Hope to come back soon!

30th Anniversary

My wife and I stayed here for our 30th Anniversary. The home is pristine and located in the middle of a lot of fun things to do. The fact that bikes were provided was a plus for us. The owner was very quick with communication and this was a great stay for us.

Perfect Getaway

This property is great spot for a beach getaway. My wife and I really enjoyed staying here. The property is as advertised and is very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed at the property and communication with management was great. We felt like we were in a great central location and was close to everywhere we wanted to visit while we were there as well. We absolutely had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place. We were really sad to leave and wished we could have stayed a few more days!

The property owner is AMAZING! She was very accommodating with our crazy schedule. She has the property stocked with everything you would need and then some. Our favorite thing was riding the bikes the property owner provided. I would highly recommend this property!

Wonderful Week!!

We had a great week while visiting with friends who were also in Prominence. This property is exactly as advertised. Very well appointed from kitchen to beach towels, chairs and bikes. Danijela was very helpful with quick answers to our questions and other info. We will definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone looking to book in this area!!

Wonderful Place!

Daniela was so easy to work with and to get in touch with. This place was so beautiful and it truly was immaculate. I love a clean place and this place was clean! Kudos to the cleaning crew! We had a great time and would definitely rent from Daniela again. The pool is within walking distance and The Hub across the street is a great addition. Would highly recommend this rental!

Stunning condo!

We had a great time staying at the beautiful condo over spring break with our 2 teenagers. The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kids loved riding the bikes around the area. The Hub across the street was a fun area to visit and shop. Appreciated the towels and beach chairs to use. Owner was very helpful and responsive to answer questions and provide recommendations for the area. We would love to stay here again!

Beautiful Condo with several very nice amenities!

We stayed here for a week and it was wonderful! The pools and The Big Chill (multiple restaurants, shopping and different activities every night) were both a very short walks away which made fun family time very convenient. The condo provides multiple bikes, chairs, beach umbrella, and toys to use which made planning our beach days SUPER easy. Beds were very comfortable and the HUGE two person shower in the master bedroom was beautiful! The area has sidewalks so taking bikes everywhere was convenient and safe. The only thing I think we were missing was an iron and ironing board but besides that we had literally EVERYTHING we needed. Host was just a txt away for any questions and responded promptly. 10/10 recommend.

Beautifully decorated brand new unit with everything you could need

We loved this unit and the area! Unit was perfect down to the towels and bedding to the kitchen dishes and and pretty matching utensils. It had everything needed to be a very comfortable, luxurious stay. The HUB area was great with lots of good food at good prices. Owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We rented a golf cart which worked out well getting around since we had driving age kids.

Spring Break Getaway

Our first trip to 30A and it was FABULOUS! My family visited for Spring Break and had a blast! The property is absolutely beautiful, gorgeous furnishings and decor, and fully stocked with anything you could need. Loved the location with The Big Chill right across the street, close to the pool and a short golf cart ride to the insanely beautiful beaches. Loved having the bicycles as well. Check in/out was very easy and the owner is very helpful and quick to respond if you have a question. We will definitely be coming back for another visit.
