Just Beachyは、魅力的な6ベッドルーム、4フルバ�����、2ハーフバスハウス、キャリッジハウスで、オールドフロリダビーチの美しいゲートコミュニティにあ���ます。 5人寝るキャリッジハウスを含め、この3階建ての家には最大19人まで収容できます。 ピークシーズン中は、6ベッドルームとして賃貸する必要があります。 美しく装飾されたこの家は、2階と3階のバルコニー��ら湾の素晴らしい景色を眺めることができます。 3階建てのバックバルコニーには、ローリングサーフィンを聴きたい人、または静かな場所でリラックスしたい人のための屋外ツインベッドがあります。 朝の一杯のコーヒーを飲みながら日の出を眺めたり、同じ場所から夕日を眺めたりしましょう。

Our Best Vacation Rental Home

This beautiful, spacious home with pool & carriage apt above the garage easily accommodated my 4 family reunion. With a short 5 minute walk to the private beach access in a secure gated community, we felt safe letting older teens walk to the beach. This area of the Santa Rosa Beach beach was more private & not crowded. We had fun playing beach volley ball, building sand castles, looking for shells, riding bikes, and shopping for souvenirs. It rained for a couple of days but the house, pool, and decks allowed for continued enjoyment and great family time together. This rental added to our best family vacation. We want to come back. w

Great size house for large family but needs updating and yard needs clean up.

Upon arrival, weeds were on walkways around house and pool area. Windows in house dirty. Sofa and carpet in living room stained. Mildew in guest house but Ocean Reef came immediately to clean it. This is a great house for large family...good kitchen, dining room and bedrooms. Just needs updating and yard clean up.

Family Vacation

This was great for multi family vacation. The location was perfect and having a bathroom in the garage was nice for pool access. On the days or short periods of time it rained we played games in the garage. The property could use some updating and some overhaul in general. Mold on the ceiling in the bathrooms, chairs around the pool were all broken, etc. We had to purchase potholders, can opener, etc. which was not a big deal just unexpected. Overall nice property.

Would choose again

Perfect home for our family. The only problems we had involved a broken shelf in the refrigerator and malfunctioned hot tub jets. Pros: proximity to beach access, security, proximity to restaurants and entertainment. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to everyone!

Great house for large party or multiple families

Property was great overall. Several maintenance issues. Garage code never worked and there was no working remote opener. Back door (kitchen) desperately needs a keypad, since we expected to be able to park in the garage with a code and then go in. We had to hike around the pool area to the front door (in the dark) to get into the house. Then walk through, get the key from the kitchen and go out to the detached garage and get in through the side door. It was pretty inconvenient. Pool kept cooling off and upload speed for the internet is VERY poor. Don't expect to get any remote work done. The "bunkroom" has no ceiling fan, so very stuffy, but we found a tiny fan in a nearby closet to cool the kids off. However, location is excellent and the next door neighbor was amazing. He's helpful with recommendations, ideas, general area overview, etc. We stayed here with 3 different families.

Perfect for a large family

We stayed between Christmas and New Year at this property with 11 people. Beach access was close and the beach was incredible. The house was centrally located to enjoy restaurants, shopping and other activities. The kitchen was well stocked to cook full meals in. The beds were comfortable and the space was great for a group of 11. Overall, we had an enjoyable break as an extended family. Thank you!

Great week at beach🏖

We had a wonderful time at Just Beachy! The house had a lot of room. Kitchen is well stocked. The house could use a little updating but overall it is a great house and in good location. It is nice that it is in a gated community, therefore , less traffic.

Neighborhood never disappoints

Love this house and its location. Main living area on first floor has no bedrooms which is great. Private pool is great and bar in kitchen comes in very handy. Some furniture could use updating and bring a can of ant/roach spray. Overall would highly recommend this house and neighborhood.

The house was an easy awake to the beach. The pool situation was prefect for us with a 2, 3 year

We had a three generation family annual week at the beach. The house was prefect for the 17 of us. The kitchen was one of the best equipped kitchens we have had in Florida rentals. Great house, great pool area, not back distance to the beach.

A week at Just Beachy

We enjoyed our stay at the property very much. It had all the amenities we required and was very conveniently located. The air conditioning and hot water was terrific. We all enjoyed the pool and spa later in the day and there was enough parking for our 5 vehicles. Of course the private beach access was great and we hired Chris to set up our chairs and umbrellas for the week which was fabulous. Over all the sleeping accommodations worked out for everyone. We hope to return next year.

The place needs some serious updating of furniture, kitchen supplies, and a new grill.

Out experience was fantastic as we were our family and loved ones. The house meet our needs but not our expectations. With the amount paid for a week stay, one would expect working appliances and enough to meet the needs of the guests. Also, when advertising sleeper sofas as a bedding option, sofas should be usable and not all broken down. We also found glass and a fish hook on the floor of a couple of bedrooms. The grill is almost unusable. Yet was advertised as having a grill. Would we stay at this house again? Most likely, because of location, the pool and the fact that it fit our family. I hope by submitting this review things will be looked at and evaluated.

Great House!!

There was a few minor things that were worn or broken but it didn't effect our stay at all. Very homely feeling & the kids all had a great time at the beach.
