We’re very sorry to hear about your experience with the pool heater during your stay. As soon as we were made aware of the issue, the FunVacay team worked closely with our pool vendor to diagnose and resolve the problem. The pool vendor has replaced the pool heater with a brand new unit, and it is now fully operational and heating perfectly for our future guests to enjoy. Regarding the washer, dryer, and cookware, we appreciate your comments. While our management team has not previously received any complaints about any of these items, we took your feedback seriously and completed a thorough inspection. We found the washer and dryer to be in great working condition after running multiple loads and confirmed the home is fully stocked with ample cookware for 16 guests and the cookware is in good shape. Woven laundry baskets are—and have always been—provided in each bedroom for added guest convenience. In terms of communication, the manager of FunVacay personally reviewed all communication and communication logs associated with your reservation. We found that there was prompt and continual communication regarding pool heater updates, and no other complaints were received from you regarding the home during your stay. We remain committed to clear, timely communication and are always available to support our guests. Thank you again for your feedback—it helps us continue to improve. Sea La Vie truly offers an incredible experience, from its ideal location just steps to the beach and close to Seaside, to the recent, beautifully designed updates throughout the home. We understand your concern regarding the neighboring construction and appreciate you sharing that feedback. Our team has been at the property frequently and has closely monitored the activity. To date, all work has been contained inside the neighboring home, and we have not received any additional reports of noise impacting a guest experience. Sea La Vie has remained consistently rented, and guests have continued to enjoy their stays without issue. The contractor has indicated the project is expected to be completed in May 2026.
