Great location

Great size apartment for family or group of friends. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Apartment is in a perfect location for walking to the arenal with shops, restaurants and bars all close by. Pool and gardens well kept and very pretty.

Very well presented apartment over 2 floors, with 3 outdoor areas, a very large living room, and a well stocked kitchen! 5 minute walk to beach, bars and restaurants. Owner responded quickly to emails and questions. Would recommend, perfect location.

Apartment just as advertised. Host met us on arrival. As we’re all ladies of a certain age he carried the cases up and down stairs for us.Lovely, quiet location. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Just had a wonderful week at the apartment, everything was prefect, lovely people lace with everything you could possibly need.Lovely and quiet area but very close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets.Great communication with Robert and Mary, Cant recommend highly enough.Really looking forward to coming back soon.

Perfect stay in Javea

We travelled with my 85 year old Mum and the apartment was perfect. Loads of room for us all and a 10 minute stroll for dinner in the evening. It was less than 10 euro for a taxi to Javea Old Town where we enjoyed dinner a couple of nightts. The apartment was brilliantly equipped with all you could need Thank you for a fabulous stay

Lovely property in a perfect location.

Very nice property with loads of space for everyone. Just a couple of extras could make a huge difference. Could do with more towels being supplied (larger ones preferably) and although there is a smart TV, didn’t have a large range of channels so satellite would be a bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment exceeded all expectations. This was our first time booking through HomeAway, and the communication from Robert was brilliant, we have thoroughly enjoyed our time spent in the apartment. We will certainly be looking at booking again.

Apartment was very clean, comfortable and spacious with all the amenities need for a perfect holiday. The property was an easy walk to bars,restaurants and sea front. It was good to have a private parking space. Richard is very pleasant met us at the apartment showed us round we would definitely recommend the apartment to friends and family

Could not fault anything. The accommodation, location, amenities were spot on

Javea is perfect for people of any age and young children. Lots of bars and fabulous restaurants and thankfully for us very few nightclubs. The Arenal beach area is beautiful and clean. Our accommodation at Golden Beach was ideal with everything you need for a perfect relaxing holiday. The communial pool and gardens were tended every day and immaculate and only a 5 minute stroll to the beach, restaurants, shops and supermarket. I will certainly be back.

Pleasant stay at Golden Beach Apartments

The property is very well situated, spacious inside and very comfortable. The owners have provided all that is needed for a pleasant stay. They are also very helpful and easy to deal with. My only slight criticism would be that the kitchen is getting a little dated and ready for an upgrade. Other than that I would highly recommend the property.

Winter Sun

We luckily rented this large apartment as out of the 8 weeks we were there 5 weeks were Covid19 lockdown! Very comfortable, good beds and fittings, complete kitchen (once cleaned) excellent balconies for the Sun all day long. A quiet location (at that time of the year) even being close to the school. A short distance from the supermarket and the beach. Would hope to return at some time in the future.

Fantastic

The apartment is amazing. Exactly as described on the website. Perfect location for beach and restaurants. Short 3 minute walk to local supermarket. Beds very comfortable. Balconies off bedroom and upper hallway fantastic for sunbathing with the added bonus of sun loungers . Balcony off lounge covered and wonderful to escape the sun and have your meals. Quiet area for a relaxing break. Definitely stay again.

Alojamiento espacioso, luminoso .Perfectamente equipado. Con aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Cocina completa y los tres baños muy cómodos.La urbanización con piscina y césped muy cuidado todo.

Mooie ligging, ruim appartement op loopafstand van boulevard. De bedden en de bank zijn aan vervanging toe en 4 stoelen rond een eettafel in een appartement voor 6 personen is niet goed genoeg. Dat geldt ook voor de glazen; overal net of net niet voldoende van dezelfde soort. Zijn maar kleinigheden misschien maar maakt het verschil tussen een geweldige ervaring of voldoende. Communicatie met de eigenaar verliep prettig. De binnentuin met zwembad is mooi en schoon.

Bedankt voor uw beoordeling. Wij zijn blij met uw commentaar over de mooie ligging, de ruimte van het appartement en de prachtige tuin. Wat de bedden betreft, hebben wij nooit een negatieve reactie ontvangen, maar wij stellen uw feedback op prijs. Naast de 4 stoelen rond de tafel in de living staan 4 andere stoelen rond de tafel op het terras. Wij willen ons appartement niet volproppen met stoelen. Het spijt ons dat u het aanbod aan glazen niet naar wens vond. Als u ons even had gebeld, hadden we u een set van 12 identieke glazen kunnen bezorgen. Bedankt voor het prettig contact ter plaatse.

Toller Urlaub in einer tollen gepflegten Wohnung

Da wir bereits 4 mal in der Anlage waren kannten wir ja schon einige Wohnungen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich vom Vermieter empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles hat gut funktioniert. Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Urlaubswochen in denen wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Im letzten Jahre war der Pool etwas ungepflegt da das Mosaik kaputt war. Dies war repariert. FSuper.ungepflegt da

Excellent!

Nous avons passé un très bon moment à Javea, ce fut très reposant et agréable. Cet appartement est excellent! Il est très confortable, bien situé par rapport à la plage, à l’épicerie, aux restaurants et nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’espace extérieur qui est disponible. Et nous voulons aussi mentionné l’excellent service reçu de la représentante du propriétaire de notre réception à notre arrivée à notre départ. Elle nous a fourni toutes sortes d’information utile et culturelles. Ce serait un plaisir de recommender cet appartement à quiconque désir passer du temps à Javea.
