Beautiful 2-room apartment, about 45m², on a high floor (3rd floor of 4), large balcony and unobstructed view, in a luxury residence with elevator and badge access. The apartment is rated 3 stars by the Gîtes de France.

Well located, in the Rocabey district, the apartment is only 5 minutes walk from the train station, 500m from the large Sillon beach, 20 minutes walk from the Thermes Marins and intra-muros.
Shops, restaurants, cinema and media library nearby.

Free parking in the neighborhood.

Kitchen equipped with induction hob, fridge-freezer, combined microwave oven, Thomson dishwasher, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and kitchen utensils available,
Living room with 1-seater sofa bed (1 adult or 2 child), flat screen LED TV, internet, electric shutters,
Large bedroom with 140*200 bed with storage, dressing room,
Bathroom with shower, electric towel rail, washing machine, hairdryer.
Iron & ironing board, vacuum cleaner are available.

Linen and sheets provided on request (optional = 30€ for 1 bed).

Great apartment, modern, comfortable, clean and well equipped. Good wifi.Good location to visit St Malo and area. The host and agent were efficient and helpful. Good communication and helpful when we asked to change our arrival time at short notice.It was easy to park nearby and there were good restaurants within walking distance. Las Cebuanas across the street does great Philipino food. Nice short walk to lovely Sillon beach. Also near to the Intra Muros for a fantastic walk around the town ramparts.

A well maintained quiet place to stay and very easy stroll to and from the railway station which also has the bus route from there. So easy to travel around as we came by rail. St malo is a very nice holiday area. Walked old town. Dinard by boat Dinan by bus boat trip so much to see and easy trip to mon san michel. I would recommend this to all my friends and relatives. The apartment is well-located in a residential area, a 15-minute walk from the sea. It is perfect for a couple. The kitchen is small but well-equipped. The terrace faces north, which we really appreciated during the heatwave.

Quoi dire, cet appartement est super, très bien situé à 5 mn de la gare, 10, 15 mn de l’Intermarché. Côté gare vous avez aussi des commerces. Marché couvert à proximité, ligne de bus, 15 mn de la mer et une trentaine de mn intra muros. N’étant pas véhiculée, ces détails ont de l’importance pour le bon déroulement des vacances. On peut aussi se garer facilement.Logement très bien équipé, joliment décoré, très calme, lumineux. La propriétaire très sympathique et de bons conseils ainsi que la personne qui m’a remis les clés. A l’arrivée le logement était impeccable. Dans certaines locations ce n’est pas toujours le cas.J’y reviendrai avec plaisir. Maryline

Excellent séjour

Très agréable appartement conforme a la description, bien équipé dans un immeuble calme, bien situé plage et Saint malo intra muros a pieds.Cynthia la propriétaire a été attentive a ce que notre séjour se déroule bien ainsi que Samuel qui nous a accueilli. Idéal pour des vacances réussies.

Temps chaud, beaucoup de visites à faire, dinard, dinan, cancale, le Mont st Michel, remparts de st malo magnifique. Endroit où il faut aller.

Tres bon sejour à Saint Malo. Nous avons decouvert de beaux coins et paysages de la Cote d Emeraude. Meteo clemente sur les premiers jours un peu plus capricieuse sur la fin du sejour. L appartement est idealement bien placé. Il se trouve au calme et est très coquet. Bien équipé. L accueil par Samuel a été agreable. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Logement agréable

Nous avons passé 3 jours très agréable. Le logement est conforme à la description et est très propre.L accès à la plage du Sillon et intra-muros se fait à pied. Attention le canapé n est pas vraiment un couchage.

Très agréable à vivre

Un appartement où on se sent comme chez soi, agréable, propre, spacieux, avec son petit balcon charmant et souvent ensoleillé. À proximité de la gare sncf et routière donc très pratique pour vadrouiller sans voiture. À proximité de la plage du Sillon également pour profiter du bon air et de la mer. Idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances. Le seul bémol mais il est totalement personnel et dû à ma taille, le mange debout qui tient lieu de table à manger que je trouve peu pratique. Mais la petite table sur le balcon fait parfaitement son office pour les repas à l'extérieur. Merci à Cynthia pour toutes les petites attentions "alimentaires" ou plus pratiques et merci à Samuel pour l'accueil

Gute Lage

Perfekt gelegen für Gäste wie wir die mit der Bahn angereist sind 600 m zum Strand, 400 m zum Bäcker, 650m Intermarché und 300 m SNCF Gare. Und eine Waschmaschine in Bad. Küche war sehr einfach eingerichtet aber mit Spülmaschine.

Appartement Super !

Nous avons passé un super séjour, l'appartement est super agréable, identique aux photos et surtout très calme. Les gens de la résidence sont aussi très accueillants. Cynthia a très bien organisé notre arrivée. Et Samuel a été parfait. Nous avons réussi à garer notre véhicule à proximité. L'appartement est proche de la gare et intra muros accessible en bus (attention pendant les jours féries les bus sont limités, dommage !) mais même à pied c'est agréable. Si nous retournons à St Malo cela sera chez Cynthia ! Merci encore à Samuel pour son accueil et à Cynthia pour l'organisation.

Bel appartement

Appartement calme et bien insonorisé. Tout est fait pour être comme chez soi, cuisine très bien équipée, balcon pour se détendre. Il est proche des commerces (boulangerie, boucherie, supermarché et marché). Belle plage du sillon à 10 minutes à pied. Cynthia et Samuel ont de bons conseils pour des adresses de restaurants et visites.

Comme à la maison à Saint Malo

L'appartement de Cynthia est très agréable. Il est extrêmement bien fourni en matériel, nous nous sentions comme à la maison et avec un enfant de deux ans c'est très appréciable ! Cynthia nous a même offert des petites attentions lors de notre arrivée et nous la remercions encore. L'appartement est idéalement situé entre la gare et intra-muros. Nous remercions encore Cynthia pour ce bel accueil!

Sejour parfait

C etait deja mon deuxieme sejour dans l' appartement de Cynthia a St. Malo! L' appart est tres bien situe pres de la Gare, de l Intra Muros et de la plage et se trouve dans un immeuble neuf et tres soigne. L appart meme est tres joli et agreable! Il offre vraiment tout ce qu' il faut et correspond entierement a la description. Le contact avec Cynthia est aussi tres agreable; elle repond toujours tres vite! Je m' excuse pour le manque d accents mais j' ecris avec un clavier allemand 😉

Proche plage et Saint Malo intra

Grâce à la situation de l’appartement il est possible d’aller à la plage à pieds ainsi qu’à Saint Malo. Très agréable. Accueil et gérant très sympathique :)

Perfect appartement

Uitstekend verblijf gehad in dit appartement. Heel schoon, alles is aanwezig, in rustige buurt. Alles is te voet goed bereikbaar: treinstation, strand, supermarkt, restaurants in minder dan 10 min, oude stad (Intra-Muros) op zo’n 20 min lopen. Aan te bevelen!
