Très agréable!

Bel appartement, avec un extérieur et une superbe vue sur Saint-Malo. Simple mais bien équipé et pourvu d'un garage. Emplacement au calme, idéal pour se ressourcer.

Magnifique séjour

Bel appartement, bien équipé. La situation est idéale pas besoin de sortir la voiture, la mer, les promenades, les commerces tout est accessible rapidement! Endroit calme avec une superbe vue mer. Nous reviendrons certainement!

Urlaub zum Wohlfühlen

Alles war super, ganz kurzer Weg zum Strand, tolle Aussicht auf S. Marlo. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage war etwas eng. Im Übrigen ist Dinar eine sehr schöne Stadt. Die Blumenpracht ist überwältigend. Auch Dinan und Cancale sind einen Besuch Wert. Ein rundum schöner Urlaub bei natürlich sehr schönem Wetter..

Trés belle prestation

Appartement très agréable avec garage en souterrain, cadre arboré et vue magnifique sur le port de Saint-Malo. Accès direct à la plage du Prieuré (un peu raide si difficulté à marcher). Excellente réactivité de l'agence. Nettoyage des WC moyen, sinon très propre. Terrasse agréable avec 2 transats.

Belle résidence avec accès à la plage et garage privé. L'appartement, pour le prix demandé (1000€ fin août), est un peu décevant : - cuisine sale à l'arrivée (four, couverts, placards, grille pain mal ou non nettoyés). - salle de bain avec des joints dégradés. - terrasse sans aucune intimité. - canapé très inconfortable. Pas de réponse à notre mail d'état des lieux à l'arrivée.

Schöne praktisch eingerichtete FW in traumhafter Lage in Dinard. Stellplatz in Tiefgarage inklusive. Strand direkt vor der Haustür, Dinard Zentrum fußläufig zu erreichen.

Wunderbare Anlage

Das Appartment liegt in einer wunderschönen und gepflegten Anlage. Es weist jedoch Mängel im Detail auf. Das Badezimmer hat kein Fenster, so dass sich in der Dusche Schimmel bildet, der erst auf unseren Hinweis entfernt wurde. Außerdem fehlen im separaten WC ein Handtuch- sowie ein WC-Rollenhalter. Ein Esstisch-Stuhl brach während unseres Aufenthalts auseinander. Die Agentur bemühte sich umgehend um die Reparatur.

Bien placé en peu en retrait du centre

Logement fonctionnel avec jolie terrasse vue mer. Parking fermé bien agréable pour garer sa voiture. Petit centre commercial à proximité immédiate en voiture. Plage du prieuré au pied de la résidence avec accès direct. Le marché, les restos, commerces et embarcadères à un petit kilomètre à pied mais se fait en longeant la mer. Seul petit hic, l appartement est sûrement très froid si le temps est mauvais et le couloir qui y mène est glacial
