This 4 bedroom, 3 bath house is right in the heart of the U of A campus. Located right across the gates to Ole Main, just behind the Tri-Delt and Zeta houses, you really can't get much closer. It's just been re-modeled, and it's perfect for games, parents weekends, bikes blues, graduation, or just about anything that would bring you to Fayetteville. It has dual zone heat & air, a dishwasher, washer/dryer, a bbq grill, and loads of room to stretch out. You can relax on the big front porch, or on one of the 2 smaller decks on back, while listening to Ole Main's bells. It also comes with room to park 4 cars, and is walking distance to the stadium and Dickson St.

Beautiful house. The property owner is very nice and communicative before and during the stay. We had a few issues during the stay and they rectified them immediately. I highly recommend this house for any family or large group coming to Fayetteville. It is walking distance to everything on campus as well.

This is a great house in an superb location. We meet 2 other couples for a weekend get together. It’s centrally located with parking for 4 vehicles and lots of space for a group. We enjoyed being close to Dickson street and hanging out on the front porch. Thanks for a great weekend with friends in Fayetteville.

In town for family memorial service

It was a charming little home! Comfortably fit four couples. We had issues with plumbing and the Hulu hookup that were quickly resolved. To be honest, we didn't spend a lot of time in the house, and did not cook a meal there...but it looked like an adequately stocked kitchen. Would recommend it.

The home was in a great location, and worked out perfect for a few couples that were there. Plenty of bathrooms For multiple couples. If I was just 20 years younger it would’ve been a perfect walk to Dickson Street! 😂

great place close to University of Arkansas campus

The four bedrooms fit our extended family perfectly. It was great having two king bedrooms and 2 queen bedrooms. Having three bathrooms helped us all get ready easily each morning. The location so close to campus couldn't be beat! Adults and kids both really liked the house. The owners were very accommodating. We visited in-between semesters, but the area was very quiet at night for us. As another reviewer mentioned, there are only four spaces at the dining table, but our large family all managed fine with the large living room right there, too. We would not hesitate to return to this house if we get an opportunity to visit the area again!
