perfect for our one night stay. Fire smoke was less than ideal but not the property issue!

Winter Retreat

Great stay at this location. We really enjoyed the feeling of home here and would definitely come back for another vacation. The place was clean and very comfortable. The only thing that would be helpful would be some directions to use the tv and remotes.

Lovely stay with a gorgeous view!

We had a wonderful stay at the Grandview! Communication was excellent. Check in was smooth & professional. The condo was very comfortable and clean. There were nice amenities provided (travel shampoo, conditioner, lotion, make-up remover towelettes). The location was perfect and within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, grocery, and wine! We would 100% stay here again. Thank you!

Great views and central location to Chelan

Title says it all! The views to the lake and mountain are great. And this condo is centrally located to the downtown area of Chelan. Condo is kept quite clean. We haven’t had much need to reach out to the staff. But there is someone on-site at the lobby close to the condo to answer your questions.

Grandview apartment

The apartment has spectacular view of the lake and the mountain. It has everything that you need it. It is located on the 4 floor. WiFi signal is very weak and unusable.

Relaxed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This particular condo was very clean, updated, and relaxing. The property was clean and quiet. My favorite area was the balcony. It was large enough to enjoy dinner, but small enough to feel private. The view was incredible. I will definitely return with my family.

Our room was switched to a different room hours before our check-in. I was a little missed because we picked the original room due to the star rating and the room we ended up in is generally 50 less night than the room we paid for however, they were unable to credit us any of that money difference. . That said the room we stayed in room 40 one was very clean very nice and accommodating and we enjoyed our stay. I thought one hotel staff lady was a little rude and probably shouldn’t be working with the public. Again, none of this is the fault of the owners of the room we stayed in and it was a very nice room and would definitely rent it again.

Nice View and Condo

Condo was everything expected and clean. Check-in - not clear with instructions and not welcoming. No help with how to use facilities, parking. Need some training in customer service.! Check out procedures - non existent. Expected a sheet in condo with instructions - there wasn't anything. That would really help.

Thank you for your review. We email check-in instructions the day before and the day of arrival. Guests are also welcome to call with any additional check-in questions. For check-out instructions, it is one of the policies that you initial on registration paperwork. We have also added laminated check-out instructions and have placed them in rooms for clearer details since your stay. We will pass on to the front desk manager regarding customer service comments. Thank you!--Grandview Management Team

Overall Good, but...

The view was pretty amazing from this unit, and we enjoyed sitting on the deck and taking in the birds and fish in the lake. The bedding was great; the AC was also. The unit was very clean as well. The beds were far too soft & very noisy when you laid down or got up. The bathtub/shower in the 2nd bedroom REQUIRED you to stand in it to turn the water on, which meant you got hit in the head & body with very cold water (rendering it useless for us.) The builder should find another profession for such a stupid error, and that's coming from an interior designer!

Good stay.

Good experience! Great place. We had four guys here for a golf trip. The only thing could have used was a fold out cot because we all snore and two of us could not spread out for separation and quiet.

Chelan in the off season

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was lovely. Enjoyed the spectacular view from the condo, walking along the shore at the state park (low water level made this even more interesting), and driving up the dirt road (part way) to see the gorge. Nice to be at Lake Chelan without the crowds!
