Welcome to the former home of a legendary celebrity rockstar. The Fleetwood Villa exudes a zen-like ambience of calm alongside contemporary flair and function. Located in the Napili area of Maui, you will find a variety of beautiful beaches and restaurants within minutes of this serene and private home.



The space

Have a splash in the waters of the contoured swimming pool. Or perhaps a soothing soak in the therapeutic bubbles of the adjacent hot tub? The grounds at Fleetwood Villa are rounded out with a barbecue, a covered alfresco dining area and plenty of sun loungers. Indoors, you will find TV, Wi-Fi access and a billiard table to enjoy hours of entertainment with friends and family.

High vaulted ceilings, overhead fans and large windows keep the feelings airy and breezy at Fleetwood Villa. The living area includes a plush sofa and swivel chairs around a built in entertainment center. The formal dining area with its large wooden table makes a great place to share a special announcement with your loved ones or entourage. Up the spiral staircase, you will find a cozy loft with a little extra privacy and a gorgeous panoramic view of the neighboring island of Molokai. The fully equipped kitchen features a convenient breakfast bar.

Four bedrooms accommodate up to eight guests comfortably, plus the upstairs loft can be used as an extra sleeping area if needed. You will have a choice of one cal-king size bed, one king size bed, one queen bed, two twin beds that can be converted into a king, and a full pull-out sofa bed in the loft. Each sleeping quarter provides a television and air conditioning. The master bathroom features a dual vanity and soaking tub. The guest bath features a dual vanity and shower.

There is also an open air outdoor shower on the pool deck. This is a non-smoking villa. Just minutes from the beach and the Kaanapali Golf course, at Fleetwood Villa, you will be perfectly poised for the ultimate holiday in Maui. Whether you are planning an unforgettable family vacation, a corporate retreat or a decadent honeymoon, this stunning villa in Hawaii makes a great bet. Nearby activities range from coffee farm tours to frolicking through fragrant fields of lavender. And don’t forget to make time to try out some fine dining and the succulent local delicacies specializing in seafood!

We had such a lovely holiday on Maui. Lauren and Michael were excellent hosts and we felt right at home. The house itself is tucked back and hidden from the crowds but in a fantastic location close to everything you need (including a grocery store within walking distance). Our family of 7 had a wonderful time here and would love to stay again.

Great place to stay in Maui

My family and I stayed for a week in July. This home was perfect for us! It's a short drive to everything, but felt like our own private oasis. There were six of us total and there was plenty of space to spread out. The home was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all that we needed to eat in for a few meals. You're not right on the water, but the view of the ocean from the front deck is impressive. The spa was a great place to relax after a long day out. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Quiet Get Away

Michael and Lauren were great, and the property was as listed. It was well appointed, very comfortable for the 7 of us, and allowed us to enjoy Hawaii without being in the middle of resort. The onsite pool/hot tub allowed us to cool off and the kids to play without the stress of packing up to go the pool or to the beach. We had a great stay.

Awesome and beautiful! This house was very welled stocked with everything we needed for our 10 day stay! The private pool and jacuzzi were great for relaxing and having fun. We could see whales from the front patio which made it even more special. There was plenty of room for all 9 of us!!

Perfect house and location

We were a group of 6 adults and two kids under 2. The space was perfect! They had anything we could have needed in a home away from home. We especially enjoyed sunsets with a nightly cocktail on the front patio. And Napili Bay was wonderful with the kids, as the beaches were calm. Absolutely stunning. Very well equipped and stocked. Close to beaches and stores but so secluded that you forget where you are. Spacious inside with massive common areas. We loved our time at the Fleetwood Villa! An amazing place for our whole family! Fleetwood Villa was the best equipped, cleanest, place we have ever stayed in. Very very comfortable. The on site owners Michael and Lauren were extremely friendly, and welcoming. Multi generational trip

We treated our daughter & family to a vacation to Maui to celebrate our 50th anniversary this year. We were a family of 7 that included 2 grandkids, daughter & son-in-law and his mother. House was so perfect for our needs. We spent a lot of time on front lanai whale watching as well as enjoying the backyard with the pool & hot tub. Very private & area is very quiet.

This home is the perfect getaway in the quiet neighborhood of Napili. Formerly owned by legendary rockstar Mick Fleetwood, this home has lots of personal touches that add to it's magnificence. We love the privacy and close proximity to Napili Bay as well as the other best beaches on west Maui.

The home feels safe and secure, featuring a gated private entry. The backyard is an oasis of privacy with lush palms surrounding the pool and hot tub. The pool table provides entertainment and is a great way to enjoy the space with friends and family. The kitchen is bright and airy with an excellent view of the blue ocean as a backdrop. There are many features of the home that give it character.
