After booking, you will receive a Home Use Agreement by email. This must be signed and returned to finalize your reservation.

IMPORTANT: The HOA provides professional pest control services, but due to Maui’s tropical climate, occasional sightings of ants, geckos, or insects are possible. Please keep lanai and patio doors closed at night. Such occurrences are not grounds for rental adjustment or refund.
