Overall was a great place, clean and comfortable, maybe better hot water heater couldn’t get bathroom sinks to get warm and had to leave shower running 5 minutes to get hot. We lived this unit though, beautiful views! Only 1 complaint nothing to do with room, but beach chair rental took up whole beach 40 chairs and were only renting about 10, had to set up in front of them so wasn’t terribly bad, but they shouldn’t monopolize the whole beach. Will stay here again.

Would stay here again!! Very comfortable, Beautiful view from an oversized balcony and the bar ice machine a bonus!!! The grilling area was great, as were the pool facilities, Nicely maintained property!

This is our second time renting this unit. We have come with kids and without. The property is exactly what we are looking for at the Regency Isle (big pool, white sand beach with beach service, clean and well manicured, hot tubs, and most importantly quiet and not crowded in September). 511 is also a great unit. There are other units at Regency Isle that may give more updated elements and a better shower situation but when I priced it they were prices 2000 more. This unit has everything one needs and a perfect balcony. All furnishings were comfortable and served their purpose. A few additions I would love to see are some hooks in the entrance hallway, easier access to the plugs behind the bed for chargers on the nightstands, ability to stream on the TV’s (make sure and bring a Roku stick). We would highly recommend this condo and this unit!

We had everything needed for a comfortable stay with two little ones. The condo was spotless and the view and balcony were great. We'd definitely stay again!

We stayed here for a girls trip four girls and the place was perfect from the ice machine to the bedrooms to the 2 1/2 bathrooms. Clean, great location easy access to the beach and other amenities around Orange Beach. We would come here again definitely.!!

Beach Trip

Extremely pleased with our stay here. Condo was very clean, comfortable and the most well stocked kitchen of any place we have ever stayed during our travels. Hosts were wonderful and extremely helpful. Communication was immediate and very kind as we had numerous questions with this being our first time staying at this property. Would highly recommend and we plan on booking this property next year.

Very nice

It was a lovely 2 bedroom condo. Only used the one bedroom but was very nice. The stove burners need a little work but reported it. Hope it gets fixed soon. Had a separate ice maker which was nice. Would rent again.

Wonderful

We loved everything about the room! It was neat and clean. Loved the 2 full bath and 1/2 bath option. The kitchen was well stocked. The only thing missing was a toaster. The games were a nice touch. We spent a night sitting at the table playing the different games. I would definitely rent from the owners again. They were very kind and understanding when we had to leave early for a death in the family.

Regency Isle

Someone was in our parking space for a day so we had to park somewhere else. We also purchased a second parking pass. When we asked where do we park , we were told and spaces without markings. The only issue would during peak times there is no way you will be able to get one of these spots, as there are very few. Other than that we enjoy our stay.

Absolute Summer Bliss!! A Beach Gal's Paradise!

We absolutely enjoyed every moment of this trip!!! This unit is so gorgeous and yet comfy to feel like you're right at home. This condo was so spacious and would fit from a smaller family to your average size family, maybe a few more. The patio, geesh, was so large with so much seating and the views are absolutely breathtaking...literally on the beach and just a small walkout to the pool and those waves!!! The condo itself is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and has everything you need to create your home away from home on the beautiful Orange Beach!!! Our family enjoyed two very special birthdays on our trip 42 and ready for the world 16!!! We truly had a blast and will return right here to this condo for many years to come!!! Oh and dont let me forget the host/staff were impeccable, very attentive and informative throughout our stay! We wanted for nothing. If you're considering the beautiful beaches of Alabama please choose this unit in the Regency Isle!! You will not be disappointed! A beach gal's paradise!

We enjoyed 5 days with our two teens. The condo was great and the view from the balcony was amazing. We were told the balcony furniture was being replaced during our stay but it was delayed. The furniture that was in place was still great and we sat out there a lot. The pool area is large, clean, and has plenty of chairs. There were three elevators that were working well the entire time (in the past at other locations this always seems to be a chronic issue). Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. Beach is a little crowded along the water at times, however you could go just a bit west and have quieter areas if you wanted. There were quite a few boogie boards, chairs, and an umbrella for anyone who didn’t bring those things along. It was a great stay and we would definitely return to the complex and this specific condo if we return.
