Beach Getaway, Short Stroll From The Beach, Sleeps 8, Pool, Hot Tub, and Gym

This adorable 2nd floor condo has an open floor plan with the living room flowing into the kitchen and dining areas. Your kitchen is complete with everything you need to cook your meal, including pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, and even small electric appliances. Sit back and relax watching the television in the living room or either of the bedrooms, you will find both Spectrum cable TV and WiFi available.

You will have a king bed in one bedroom, two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom, a queen size pull-out sofa sleeper bed in the living room, and two roll-a-way beds. Your condo also comes complete with bedding linens, bath towels, and beach towels for your convenience. A full size washer and dryer are located in the condo for your use. Enjoy drinks and dinner on your private patio.

Take a dip in the Beach Club swimming pool (heated throughout the winter), or just sit back in the hot tub. You also have 24 hour access to the fitness center and sauna.

Just a short 5 minute stroll will allow you to enjoy the beach and sand at Whitecap Beach for swimming, shell collecting, or fishing or take the car and drive down the beach for miles. Come to the coast and join us for a short vacation or plan to stay a while.

Note: There are security cameras an recording devices in the pool, gym, and parking lot areas. There is also a ring doorbell by the front door.

NO GLASS OR PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA! Glass/pets in those areas will result in HOA violation fees. NO smoking or pets allowed in the condo.
Nothing to hang on the patio railing. Trash must be disposed of in dumpsters. No pets are allowed, VIOLATION WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF YOUR DEPOSIT!!

Wonderful vacation property on the beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo which is about a block from the beach. It was spacious, clean and with it's homey feel it definitely beat getting a hotel room!

Great spot for family of 4

Cutely decorated, split bedroom layout. Short drive to many eateries and shops. Our family of four had plenty of room. The littles loved sitting on the balcony.

Great location

Close to the beach. Spent the week after Christmas here. We enjoyed the warmer weather. Getting to see the Gulf and sharing experiences with our family. First beach we have been to where you can drive on. Nice to have the doors open and hear the waves just down the road from us. Letting the cool breeze in from the patio doors. It was a nice touch to have games on site.

very nice condo association, with great pool, hot tub, and workout room. Our condo was very good.

We stayed a month here, and the condo had everything we needed. it was very light and airy, with very nice decor and furnishings. The bed was very comfortable. Great sunsets off the balcony, and the association amenities were great. Just a short walk to the beach. While the kitchen cupboards and baseboards could use some sprucing up, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Plenty of fluffy towels, and nice beach towels too! Having a washer and dryer in the unit was wonderful.

Close to beach, great pool and hot tub

Building was great, back of property so nice and quiet. Unit had just been painted, and clean. Master bed was very comfy. Only complaint is I wish they had left some cleaning products when staying numerous weeks it’s nice to be able to clean shower and counters. Lots of dish ware and cookware. Very low stock of any condiments or spices so be prepared to buy just about every need at store. Wish we had known before booking the 23 days that after 30 the tax is refunded. We would have stayed longer. Otherwise it’s fantastic and we will return

Close to beach

Suzanne was very responsive when we had to change our dates & switch to another unit. Easy walk to beach & layout of condo is great. Property is a bit dated but was very clean & had everything we needed!

Leaks in roof and windows made for an unpleasant stay

The location was great but unfortunately with all the rain, part of the ceiling in the living room crumbled and leaked water along with two bedroom windows. The window leaks were right by the beds and quite unpleasant to wake up to the splashes. We ended up leaving early so as to not have to deal with on and off leaks due to the rain.

Clean, convenient, comfortable!

Fantastic little condo! Very comfortable for Mom and Dad and 2 kids( even our over 18 kids!). Outstanding location, everything we needed within a very short drive, plus the jewel of the trip, WHAT A BEACH! Literally minutes from the condo. It was a great trip.

Hello from Kansas

This property was clean, owner gave us ACCURATE instructions, directions, and information. Conveniently close to the beach/ocean which was what we wanted. I would definitely come back to this property. Pool water was a little too warm but glad it wasn't too cold to enjoy.

Enjoyed staying at the condo - very nice with good space in the rooms. Clubhouse and pool areas were super clean! We enjoyed the beaches and fishing in the area Whitecap beach (buy a $12 pass at Stripes to drive on the beach) Mustang State Park $5 a person, Padre Island National Seashore $10 a day but it was amazing- sand dunes, marshes and driving along the gulf on the beach. We went back out there for star gazing too. Beautiful Area!!! We would definitely return to this location. Corpus Christi has lots to do if a rain day - such as the Lexington ship tour, Tx Aquarium, Museums, and more!
