Great vacation home

We enjoyed our time there, the house is well equipped and large enough to accommodate family and a few friends. The location is a few minutes away from the beach, which is so convenient when traveling with small ones.

Amazing Vacation

We stayed 3 nights and were amazed by how great the house is. Very clean and had everything we could possibly need. The owner answered my questions very quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Great beach house

Super clean house and it had everything we needed and then some. The room upstairs with a arcade game and all the toys for the kids was plus. We will definitely stay again.

Better than the listing!

We came here with our church youth group and it was absolutely perfect! Clean, comfortable, attractive, SO close to the beach and everything else, and the teens were so excited to play the arcade games upstairs. What a great place!

This Condo is super cute, close to the beach and the owner is great with communication!!! Even shared where we could watch fireworks while we were staying there. We had a wonderful time!

Wonderful

The house was in a great location and very family friendly (there are stairs so maybe not ideal for super little children) as they had a bunk room and a ton of games to play. So close to the beach, comfy, and loved the decor. Would definitely rent again :)

Summer beach vacation

Very nice and quiet area. Beautiful condo. Very comfortable. Parking was good no problems. Pool nice. Wonderful hosts.

Walking distance to the beach. Beautiful home! Plenty of space. Very comfortable beds. Host very response when the need arose. We had a wonderful stay!

Birthday Celebration

We loved the beach house! Photos reflected perfectly. The kitchen was well supplied with all cooking and serving needs. The outside patio area is lovely and private. Floor plan is great for two couples or couple with older children.

Relaxing

The place was quiet and very comfortable. Meet the neighbors and all greeted us warmly throughout the weekend. The house had several games and toys for kids, kitchen fully stocked to cook just about anything you could dream up. Homeowners were easy to communicate with.

Great place!

Property was great. This unit has no dedicated parking spaces and no garage access. I wish I would have known beforehand. Otherwise great place. Kids loved all the games.

Ed & Cyndi are outstanding hosts. There was a smoke detector battery that was dying when we got there but how can anybody predict it? Anyway, a lady showed up in minutes to fix the problem. We will definitely stay here again!

Just wish we had stayed longer!

Wonderful space with everything you need. Not far from beach, owners were super responsive and very gracious. Highly recommend this property for families. Kitchen is well equipped, beds are very comfortable, and there were lots of toys for little ones. We had a great time and made some wonderful memories. (be aware that the nearest beach access requires walking about one block on busy street. The path leads to the sea wall which is about 12 to 15 feet high. It has 2-3 ft high “steps” built into the side. We had two beach wagons that we had to unload and then carry down. The good news is that even on busy days it’s not crowded there and there are no cars on this part of the beach! It was wonderful. )

Hands down the best stay I’ve had

This was one of the best stays I’ve encountered. The cleanliness was top tier. They had everything we could’ve possibly needed for our getaway. I wish we would’ve took less items as they had everything to accommodate us. The backyard was a perfect size for the kids to do their thing. The living room was a perfect size. Kitchen essentials that came with the house were above and beyond our expectations. As a traditional Mexican family we were going to put each kitchen item to use lol and they did not disappoint from everything we needed and more. The distance to the beach was perfection not far at all. Kids will be kids and forgetful, my son left behind his AirPods and the owners were kind enough to ship this back to me and I couldn’t be more thankful for that. My only complaint would not even be on the house itself but more on the neighbor next door. She didn’t give my son his football back when it went over the fence:( so maybe don’t bother her and you’ll be fine. Other than that they were super responsive to all our questions! We will def be back soon!!! :)

Padre Island beach house

We have stayed at 6-8 different beach houses and can say that this house is very well furnished and comfortable. We cooked several meals and it had everything we needed for cooking and dinning for seven people. They had a full selection of spices and some common cooking items in the pantry, such as olive oil. This was very helpful. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms had plenty of towels and beach towels. The owners were very responsive to our needs and went out of there way to ensure we were taken care of. There were games for the children and the upstairs area was perfect for them to be noisy while the adults relaxed downstairs. Everything was clean and the layout was conducive to to older and younger people. The location is within 5 mins to the beach. We would stay here again.

One of the best places we have stayed at

This is one of the best if not THE best place we have stayed at. The property was so clean and every detail from the fully stocked kitchen to toys and games for the kids made this place really stand out. Definitely recommend!!!

Relaxing Getaway

Very well laid out, and everyone had a little space. It was very tidy, and has a wonderful coastal vibe. We had 9 people, and it never felt crowded (with the exception of the kitchen - but that's what happens when you have kids/teens). In our "down time", the kids hung out upstairs, playing arcade games, board games, foosball, pool, and air hockey, while the adults hung out downstairs in the spacious living area. The walk to the beach wasn't bad, but we chose to drive so we didn't have to haul waters/snacks/toys down and back. A 2 min drive to beautiful Gulf waters, waves, and sunrises and sunsets. We did have issues with accessing local TV, and questions about parking, and the host responded very quickly with solutions. Overall, we were very pleased with the property.

Excellent location to the beach

Spacious, beautifully decorated. Kitchen had alot of extra kitchen supplies. Definitely recommend staying at this location. Beds were very comfortable.

First family vacation

This was our first family vacation and we loved it ! Property owners were fantastic, It's right down the street from the beach and there is a pool for those that aren't into beach. We would recommend this place to anyone !
