エッフェル塔の前で、あたかもそこにいるかのように滞在してください。 パリの中心部にあり、世界で最も美しい歴史的建造物の一つの前にあり、信じられないほどの魅力を満喫できる、非常に明るく、非常に静かで中心部にある魅力的なスタジオ。あらゆる快適さを備えています。

建物はエッフェル塔のふもとの通りにある 3 avenue Silvestre de Sacy にあります。

- エッフェル塔に面しており、見逃せません。 素晴らしい景色。 まるでポストカードの中にいるような、本物の夢を生きているような印象を受けるでしょう。

- ご注意ください: 歴史的なエッフェル様式の階段のそばの 7 階 (写真を参照): エレベーターはありません。 でも、それどころか、本当にがっかりすることはありません！ エッフェル塔と同じ階段を登っているような気分になります。 23kgのスーツケースは入りにくいため、小さな荷物をお持ちください。

- エッフェル塔から 50 メートルに位置する、雄大なオスマン様式のフリーストーンの建物内にある、洗練された装飾が施された、非常に清潔な禁煙のスタジオです。

アパートメントは、ブルドネ通りにあるすべてのショップやスーパーマーケット「Franprix」から 2 分です。 建物から50メートルのところにあるおいしいパン屋さん。 レストランやブラッスリーまで 1 分。

到着および出発時間：午後12時30分から到着可能。 遅くとも午前11時までには出発してください。 コンシェルジュの対応状況により営業時間が変更になる場合がございます。

スタジオはパリの壮大なオスマン様式の建物の 7 階にあり、7 階まで上がるにはギュスターヴ エッフェルが設計した螺旋階段を登らなければなりません。まるでエッフェル塔に住んでいるかのようです ;)。 23kgのスーツケースは入りにくいため、小さな荷物をお持ちください。

Fantastic View of the Eiffel Tower!!

We loved the view from the room, how can you beat the Eiffel Tower at night? Maxime Daurel did warn us about the stairs and they are a tight spiral all the way up. We only had carry on luggage and it was still a heave up and back down. FYI there is a light switch off the the right for the stairs at night. Something we didn't discover until the 3rd night. The room is on the small side and so is the bathroom but hey it's Paris, what's not small? It was perfect for us to sleep in and then get out early to see the sights. The location is great being next to the metro. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because I felt the restroom and toilet could of been cleaner (I did wipe them down before using). Also the apartment is non smoking but others in the apartment do smoke inside. I think Maxime Daurel mentioned this but I didn't realize that the smell would come under the door and wake me up a night. I'm very sensitive to cigarette smoke and it was a bummer for me. But again it's Paris and there's a lot of smoke everywhere. There is also a lot of noise from the guys selling trinkets at the tower. We like to sleep with the windows open so it ended up waking us up a night a lot even at 3am. If you close the windows it's silent but then there's only a small fan for air flow. Ultimately we stayed here for the view and that's exactly what we got! Thanks Maxime Daurel!

It was like a DREAM COME TRUE!!! EXQUISITE VIEW

Everything was absolutely perfect. The apartment was very clean and updated. all necessary needs and amenities were there. Communication with owner was 10 Star rating!! The view from the place was like a fantasy. The convenience of staying by the Tower is unsurpassable! Zero Complaints...I would love to stay there every time!! Thank you for a wonderful stay. I will never stay at a Hotel ever again lol!

Great, clean studio!! Steps to the Eiffel Tower!!!!!

My best friend and I stayed here for a 3 night trip to Paris. The view is amazing and your are seriously steps for the world famous Eiffel Tower. The pull out couch/bed was very comfortable and the apartment was very clean. The owner was extremely easy to work with and offered lots of useful information. The apartment is on the 7th floor of a walk up, which can be exhausting, but this was all clearly pointed out in the description. If your in good shape no worries. The 7 story walk-up is worth the location and view!!!! Would stay here again!!!

Mon séjour dans ce studio a été parfait. En plus d'une vue à couper le souffle il bénéficie d'un équipement complet. Les 7 étages s'apprivoisent très vite. Le contact fut très bon également.

Wonderful Stay in Paris!! Perfect Location

The Eiffel Tower Studio has the best location for a stay in Paris! You go to bed looking at the Eiffel Tower and you wake up looking at the Eiffel Tower. The trip up the stairs is absolutely worth the view. The owner is very quick to respond to questions and was in constant communication with us if needed before, during and after our stay. The studio is updated and so much nicer than staying in a regular hotel. The bed was very comfortable! You felt like a real part of Paris staying in this studio apartment.

Appartement très bien équipé, très bien situé. Toutefois, un bémol : 7 étages à monter avec un escalier en colimaçon type Tour Eiffel. Le propriétaire, par ailleurs très sympathique, nous avait prévenu mais … il faut quand même ne rien oublier dans l'appartement ! Bon séjour malgré tout

Breath taking Eiffel View

We LOVED the view of the Eiffel Tower right outside our window!! This flat is an amazing high-end, modern comfort flat. It obviously had been newly renovated with high end appliances, hardware and fine finishes. However, VERY small it is all you need. Upon making our reservations the owner Maxime was quick to respond with continued emails with responses to our questions upon arrival. The entire journey to Paris seemed effortless and seamless thanks to the owner Maxime. I will certainly recommend this place to family and friends visiting Paris. After long days of touring it was so pleasant to come back to the serene quiet streets of which we lived. It had everything you needed from groceries, wine, bakery, restaurants, shopping and more. I have visited Paris many times and this was my #1 favorite place to stay. See you again soon! Cheers, Lisa P.S. Pack very light, and must be in good shape to climb the 7 floors.. ;o)

Amazing location! Amazing view!

Everything is perfect in this lovely and very well equipped studio, the place is offering undoubtedly the most beautiful sight of Paris : the Eiffel Tower. No need to go anywhere else, this place allowed me to have one of the most unforgettable stay of my life. Location! Location! Even if there is no elevator, the old "Eiffel style" staircase already transports you in "the heights"of the Eiffel Tower. The view is really magical, perfect with a glass of wine. We'll be back. Parfait emplacement et tres cosy!!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très confortable et très agréablement décoré. Il est idéalement situé au cœur de Paris à proximité de la Tour Eiffel et des champs Elysées. Le propriétaire charmant nous a réservé le meilleur accueil et le champagne était au frais pour l'occasion (voyage de noce) :) Nous vous recommandons la location de cet appartement sans aucune retenue.

Fantastic view in a really charming and lovely studio

Here is the most fascinating place where I lived in Paris during my French stay. This ultra comfortable and very charming studio, is really situated as closely as possible to the Eiffel Tower. I had the impression to rise by the staircase there, and to live inside so much the view is impressive. Everything is completed in this studio, quite new, which offers a really magic sight. I shall return! Go there, it is fabulous. Thank you very much Maxime!

Excellent séjour !

Vue absolument fabuleuse! J'ai passé un séjour très agréable dans cet appartement très cosy, lumineux et fonctionnel avec tout le nécessaire (cafetière, micro-onde, internet, Tv...) et surtout super bien situé (très chic, avec restaurants et commerçants proches, et surtout au pied de la tour Eiffel et de plein de sites touristiques). La vue sur la Tour Eiffel est absolument incroyable. Pas d'ascenseur, comme annoncé, mais les 7 étages se montent sans problème. L'effort en vaut la peine!!!
