Hermosa vista de la Torre Eiffel, el Trocadero, el Arco del Triunfo, desde todas las habitaciones, 55 metros cuadrados de apartamentos situado en uno de los lugares más bonitos de París.
He estado viviendo en el apartamento por más de 15 años, y mi trabajo me permite hoy en día para pasar tiempo en el campo.
Así que disfruten del apartamento!
Un montón de museos están a poca distancia, así como los Campos Elíseos! Vive en París como un parisino.

This is the MOST perfect apartment! My son and I absolutely love being here!It is in PERFECT condition! The views are breathtaking!The owner is WONDERFUL and so kind!! There are ALL the amenities you could hope for! The remodel is beautiful!It is definitely our favorite place we have ever stayed! It is very close to the metro and to the Eiffel Tower! It is in a very safe area. The apartment is large and spacious. I wish we could stay here longer! It is delightful! We are very grateful for the owner and her amazing hospitality! Great to be in a local neighborhood and with the metro and grocery store and pharmacy nearby. The million dollar views of the Eiffel Tower alone should be the reason you book. And Joelle and Mihaela were easy to message. Merci!

Wonderful view of the tower

First the good. It’s a lovely apartment located in a very quiet neighborhood only a few blocks from the Eiffel Tower. You have a view from every window and it’s much closer than it appears in the pictures. It’s equipped nicely and in very good condition. You are a short walk from metro stations and excellent restaurants. It’s a good choice for one or two nights, but for the price, I’ve stayed in much better rentals. I guess that’s the penalty for being in Paris. Now for the downside….advertising as having air conditioning is rather generous. There is only one portable unit which we kept in the bedroom. And in order to vent the hot air out you have to put the exhaust hose through an open window, which stays open (until it rains like we had happen). It wouldn’t stay in the window so I fashioned a string that has to be wrapped around the door frame and then gets tied to the window handle, which secures the hose and the window (see pictures). That was a huge disappointment because it was over 90 while we were there. There are a lot of quirks too. The balcony is too small to really enjoy, the table and chairs are tiny. The toilet isn’t located in the bathroom…it’s through the living room by the kitchen. There are detailed instructions for which switches cannot be used or TV etc will not work. You can’t use several kitchen appliances at the same time. Im being fairly critical, but at that price, you should know. I would stay 2 nights and then find a cheaper option. Overall good.

Wonderful accommodations conveniently located. Very clean with great communication and check-in. Easy access to Metro for areas that are not immediately walkable. For those using the kitchen a good market with fresh fish is two blocks away. And of course, there’s the view. Has to be one of the best in Paris.

The views from the apartment are incredible. The apartment is nice and has everything you would need, located in a quiet safe neighborhood. The Tower/River and restaurants are a short walk away. The owner/host Joelle is very accommodating and communicative. My favorite part was the small balcony and the million dollar views.

Second stay at Apartment

We stayed at this apartment in 2022 for 2 weeks and decided to stay again 3 years later. Wonderful neighborhood and spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower. Would stay again!

Fantastic stay!

We loved the place we stayed. The location is fabulous! It was close to areas we wanted to walk to. Quiet area but still close to everything. Amazing views of the Eiffel Tower from the apartment. Having grocery and bakeries close by was great. Communication with the owner was excellent. Highly recommend!

Beautiful view of eiffel tower!

Really enjoyed our stay at Marty Joelle's place! The view was gorgeous and from every room in the apartment. The neighborhood was very relaxing and still easy to get to attractions closeby. We were staying during a cooler time, but for anyone planning to stay during the hotter months, the A/C is a portable unit in the bedroom that was not set up (from what we could see). We really enjoyed our stay!!

What a view!

The pictures on the listing are legit - you can see the Eiffel Tower from EVERY room in the apartment, up close, at all times, including the daily night show that the tower does on the hour until midnight. The bed is very comfortable, and the apartment is very nicely appointed as it is the owner/host's part time residence. The apartment is in a super safe complex and close to the Eiffel Tower, a great shopping area, and the Metro. It was a 12 euro uber drive to anything too. There's a Patisserie nearby for fresh baked goods and coffee in the am as well. Just pack monochromatic outfits (preferably black), scarfs, and comfy shoes, and you'll live like a Parisian!

Perfect Paris

We had a lovely stay and Joelle is a most gracious host. She greeted us upon arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. The view is amazing and just as pictured. Amazing view

Joëlle was great keeping us with updates because of security due to the Olympics. Apartment is well equipped and the view is breathtaking and romantic. It’s located in a nice spot and many restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Train station is just a couple of blocks away .

Best views ever!

The property was beautiful and had the best views of the Eiffel Tower we could have asked for. Owner was super sweet and kept in communication from the time we made the booking until the time we checked out. Everything was within walking distance or just a short subway ride. Wonderful apartment with spectacular view!

Based on the photos and description of this place, I had high expectations. As soon as we walked in, the view of the Eiffel Tower exceeded my expectations! Beautiful light shows every night that could be seen from all windows. The unit was lovely and well decorated, and the kitchen was very well stocked. Joelle provided a very thorough guide which explained the use of appliances as well as nearby stores, sites, restaurants, etc. My husband was surprised that the only TV was in the bedroom, but I was delighted that there was not a TV in the living room. We did not travel to Paris to watch TV!! I would definitely recommend Joelle’s apartment for anyone visiting Paris!

A Wonderful Paris Experience

We really enjoyed staying at Joelle's comfortable Paris apartment. We especially loved looking at the Eiffel Tower at all different times of the day and night. Once we got our feet wet, we were able to travel all over Paris by public transportation. Also, we were able to find lovely restaurants in walking distance from the apartment. All in all, we were very happy with our stay.

Excellent in every way

If I could give 10 stars I would. Prior communication, check-in information and details on how to operate every fixture and appliances given before arrival Although pictures are posted we just went WOW at the view. The Eiffel Tower is clearly visible from the bedroom, living room and kitchen. Really impressive The unit was very clean and kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils and condiments Markets and restaurants close by A really nice stay

Paris Vacation

We really enjoyed our time in Paris, mainly because of this property. We were within feet of buses, a few blocks to the subway, and oh… that Eiffel Tower. Check in was smooth and well coordinated. The apartment and local guide book was very well organized and helpful. The owner was very responsive if anything popped up. The property was very well maintained with all the amenities you will need. Local store a few hundred feet down the road for convenience as well. The view alone is worth staying in every night to watch the show. Unreal honestly.

Best Eiffel Tower view ever

This VRBO exceeded my expectations! I was looking for a place with a great view of the Eiffel Tower! Apartment was spacious, clean, safe, close to metro and had perfect Eiffel Tower view from every room since it is on the 12th floor! I loved walks at sunrise along Champ de Mars! Joelle made us feel very welcome and gave us helpful tips for what to see in the area. This apartment was perfect for a couples trip to Paris!

Wonderful NYE Stay

This was the perfect location for my trip to Paris over the New Year's holiday. The views were amazing for New Year's Eve and the location is close to the Eiffel Tower and public transportation. The apartment is beautiful and well maintained and everyone in the community I encountered when coming or leaving was so nice. Joëlle made sure I had everything I needed and sent great details on the community before I arrived and also put together a great binder of additional details of things to do around the city.
