¿Esperando su viaje a París, pero sin dejar las comodidades de su hogar? Bienvenido a nuestro apartamento de estilo EE. UU. En París, que se ha renovado desde las paredes desnudas.
Dos dormitorios y dos baños completos cada uno con sus propios baños. Toda el agua caliente que desee y mucha presión, incluso si es la última en ducharse. Una cocina americana completa con un área de comedor que tiene una vista de la Torre Eiffel, al igual que las dos habitaciones. Hay un balcón completo / terraza fuera de la sala de estar y comedor.
Ofrecemos ventanas completas a ambos lados del apartamento que le brindan mucha luz y vistas.
Aire acondicionado real que es importante (y que muchos alquileres de París no proporcionan) debido a las olas de calor cada vez más verano. Además de la calefacción de piso cooperativa estándar, hay calor adicional de aire forzado en invierno. Pisos de madera, lavadora y secadora separadas, TV en inglés, Wi-Fi de fibra óptica muy rápido y cable Ethernet. Si necesita mantenerse en contacto con familiares, amigos u oficinas, ofrecemos llamadas gratuitas a América del Norte (y a Francia, por supuesto).
Todo esto en un complejo moderno, seguro, tranquilo y apto (llamado Le Grand Pavois) en un distrito residencial de escala 15, a solo unos minutos de la Torre Eiffel y a solo 10-12 minutos del Louvre / Place Concorde / Campos Elíseos por la línea 8 del metro (parada Lourmel).
Esta es un área donde viven los verdaderos franceses y tiene todas las tiendas y lugares para comer que exigen. No encontrarás trampas para turistas demasiado caras o niños mochileros que te dejarán fuera de las aceras. Si desea cocinar por su cuenta, hay un gran supermercado, con su propia tienda de delicatessen y panadería, en la planta baja del complejo de apartamentos.

The place was just the right size for the 4 of us and the view of the Eifell Tower from our rooms at night was magical. The location is terrific as you are just a couple blocks in either direction to a Metro station, excellent restaurants and cafes, a wonderful grocery store, and we really loved the farmers market on Saturday and Wednesday. The building is nice, you are up on the 8th floor, and easy but secure access. The property manager Alan was excellent helping to set up our ride from the airport, meeting us at the property and showing us around, easy to reach with questions while we were there, and getting our ride back to the airport. We had a full size refrigerator and freezer with good amount of plates, bowls, etc. to enjoy having food available. We rented a car and the garage is easy to get in and out and access to the upstairs. This is a great location in Paris with very easy access to anywhere via the Metro, Bus, and Uber - we loved our stay and will stay there again if we return to Paris.

We absolutely loved our stay and the location can’t be beat. Alan met us outside the apartment which made check in a breeze. We were very close to the metro which made travel to popular attractions very convenient. We enjoyed watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle from our bedrooms. We also ate at 3 amazing restaurants in the neighborhood, popular with locals and a very short walk from the apartment. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip.

The property manager met us upon arrival which was so helpful. He showed us around the apt, gave us some helpful tips about the neighborhood and Paris. The apt was clean and was grreat place to spread out and relax after exploring Paris. Close to the metro and within walking distance to many sights. The grocery store in the building is so convenient. The kitchen has everything you need and we really enjoyed having 2 bathrooms since we were traveling with our 2 kids. The king size bed could use to be replaced as it lacked support but we were so tired it only affected us one night. Overall we had a great stay and Alan, the property manager, is very communicative.

This is such a terrific property, the kitchen was well stocked and easy to use, and the bathrooms and showers were super clean and modern. The living and dining rooms were very comfortable, and a detailed notebook of tips and instructions was helpful. The complex is very secure, and the area had lots of people walking their dogs, as well as closeness to the Metro, and with restaurants and small grocery stores very close. Alan and his brother got us all checked in, answered messages quickly, and helped us use the garage for parking, which was great. The apartment has tons of light, and was adequately warm in the cold weather. Really an enjoyable stay!! All the stars!

Excellent stay south of Paris Center

Well equipped property just south of Paris city center. We enjoyed this property - quiet, safe, easy accommodations near by (market, cafes, bakery, etc). The property manager was very attentive and quick to respond. We greatly enjoyed this property.

What a great property! Views of the Eiffel Tower from both bedrooms and the kitchen is what made our family stay extra special. Alan, the property host come all the way in to meet us on arrival and was in regular communication even when he could see our flight was late. He gave us a great intro to the property and surrounding area to make sure we knew the ins and outs of everything. It was such a nice property and the perfect size for our family of 4. The supermarket was so convenient, and the metro line was very handy, although our first day in Paris, we walked everywhere, including to the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe and then back home again. It is a great neighborhood to stay in, and if we’re ever back in Paris, this will be the first property I look to book.

Great stay in Paris

We really enjoyed this Parisian apartment. It has all the necessary amenities and is quiet. Markets, restaurants and the Metro station are all within a couple of blocks. The property owner was very easy to work and communicate with. I would definitely come back.

The 12 year old was in love with the night time view of the Eiffel Tower, my mom appreciated having her own room and bathroom, and I appreciated all the fantastic and clear communication from Alan in advance and during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice apartment in a great location. Close to metro stops and taxi stands. Wonderful restaurants and bakeries nearby. Also, it was very helpful to have a grocery store on the first level, we used that a lot as well.

Great Place to Stay

The location is very convenient. We used public transportation to see the city - metro, busses, tram -all an easy walk from the apt. The apt provided everything we needed. It was quiet and comfortable. The neighborhood provided shopping, bakeries, great restaurants and a small local farmer's market on Wed snd Sat with great seafood, cheese, and vegetables and fruit. The owner was easily reachable and provided great assistance. Highly recommend.

New Year’s in Paris

My family of five had a wonderful holiday in Paris! The apartment fit us perfectly and the location was great to get to all of the sites (the metro is just down the street). We really enjoyed watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle at night right from the window! Also- Alan was great with communication and setting up our airport transfer as well!

Lovely home, short walk to Metro

Comfortable beds, located in a quiet area away from the tourist attractions, but close to Metro and taxis (and e-bikes!) when you want to get somewhere else in the city. Full supermarket on the ground floor was very convenient. Would stay here again.

Thanks for your 5-star review. Glad you enjoyed the apt. When you mention a few difficulties getting around with your elderly mother, I assume you mean getting around with a wheelchair in Paris in general rather than in the apt and the apt complex. Regards, Alan

Who knew the Eiffel Tower lit up at night? We could see it from three of our rooms. The apartment felt like home and had every convenience we needed. Near the Metro, great restaurants , and groceries. A real plus was two elevators

Everything you need

This was a fully equipped house that has every comfort of home. On the first floor of the apartment building is a supermarket and the metro is a very short walk. The neighborhood has bakeries, restaurants, shops, all within walking distance. This is the perfect place to stay for a visit to Paris!

Perfect + Perfect= WONDERFUL!

We couldn't have been more pleased; everything as advertised, and so much more. The location was just what we wanted-a French neighborhood without tourists, quiet and access to everything including one of the best Metro lines (#8) a block away. The apartment is roomy, newly renovated, and very comfortable. We were just thrilled with everything, and will return!

The apartment was a great place for us to stay. It was nice to be able to come to the apartment after spending the days in Paris tourist areas and relax in such a great quiet neighborhood. The metro being so close to the aparment and the location of the restraunts near by was also excellent. There were some recommendations of local restraunts that were awesome with great hospitality. I would definatly staty here again.
