We are reaching out to Angie to discuss this as we had no idea this is the first we heard and I really hate that she stayed with us for 7 days and we never got to make it right for her family. We pride ourselves on great housekeeping, we use SFERRA luxury linens, the best towels standard textile sells, and want our properties extremely clean and comfortable for everyone! That’s easy to say. But more importantly we don’t use any AI for guest services, we have 100% local staff available 7 days a week. We call all guests prior to arrival, we text all guests multiple times during their stay to check in, and we call everyone the night before their departure. This is the first we are hearing about it. If we had any idea about these, we have guest services and Housekeeping available 7 days a week we’d have been more than happy to take care of all of these items immediately. We certainly know everyone wants it to be great upon arrival and we do too, so we are sorry and I hope we can talk to Angie and make it up to her. We pride ourselves on great guest services and we really wish we could have made this right right away so they could more pleasantly enjoyed their stay.
