Ubicado entre las encantadoras comunidades de 30A entre Rosemary Beach y Seaside, 30A Monterey Place es un condominio de tres habitaciones, ideal para familias, con una vista sin obstáculos del hermoso Golfo de México. Un paseo marítimo privado lo conecta con las brillantes olas del golfo, y la piscina se encuentra a pocos pasos de las escaleras o en el ascensor. Fantastic spot

This place had everything we needed for a great beach trip. Location is top notch. There are some steps to the beach, 45ish, but that’s common along that area. Pool was great, plenty of parking available. Unit was spacious with a great view. We will definitely look to return.

Nice condo, good location

Condo was very nice, clean, well stocked. The kitchen layout is tricky (can't get into some of the cabinets and drawers without the oversized fridge door being open) and very limited food storage space, but ocean and pool view were fantastic. Would like to see recycling options, but the challenge is in the community versus specific to this condo. Bike path right outside and easy bike to eateries, shopping, etc.

Enjoyable stay at Monterey Place on 30A.

My wife and I enjoyed our time at Monterey Place on 30A. We were in B201 which is on the second floor on the south east corner by the pool. The view from our balcony was great and overall the condo was nice but could use a few updates and improvements (such as furniture and frying pans). Besides that it was nice to go to the private beach and have our two chairs and umbrella ready for us each morning. The area where the condo is located is nice but if you plan to eat out, many of the restaurants in the area are a little overpriced. But we typically just ate out once a day and bought groceries for the rest of the time. There is a Publix nearby. We look forward to returning to the area again and would possibly stay at Monterey Place too.

When we arrived the door code did not work. It was after 4:30,

Other than door code not working and my elderly husband had accident while waiting to get the door finally opened. Had to get new code. Too little too late. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at Monterey again but door code needs to function 😢

Great property, hope to return soon

We had a great stay at Monterey. The complex is 3 small buildings with a pool between two of the buildings. The beach is a short walk down some steps from the condos, which was very convenient. My 5 and 2 year old had no issues navigating the stairs. The unit is nicely decorated and very comfortable. As soon as my 5 year old saw the bunk beds, he insisted on sleeping on the top bunk all week, despite the queen or king bed available to him. The beds were extremely comfortable. Master bath upgrades were very nice. Kitchen had everything we needed - we cooked most meals in the condo and went out for a few dinners. One of the closets was stocked with beach toys and floats as well as a high chair. The unit also has a pack-n-play if needed. The living room furniture was also very comfortable. The units at Monterey would be great for a multi-family or couple beach getaway. There was plenty of space to spread out. We had another family of 4 join us for 1 night of the vacation and did not feel over crowded. We love the 30A area - and plan to return to this unit in the next year. It is 1.5 miles on the path to Rosemary and about 5 miles to Seaside.

Amazing Beach!!!

We have stayed at the Monterey several times and just love it there. Our only complaint with this unit was that the wicker living room furniture with plywood under the cushions was terribly old and majorly uncomfortable. The kitchen sink needs updated but worked well. The unit was clean, had everything you needed to cook, good wifi and TV in every room. We highly recommend this property and five star checked on us often to make sure all was well.

We enjoy being comfortable in Monterey B201. With 3 bathes, and 3 comfortable bedrooms, and a equipped kitchen, this unit is perfect. Balcony is a plus.

Nice place, close to beach.

Place was great, no carts for loading/unloading was difficult at best. Having to open the refrigerator to open the drawer in the kitchen was a poor design.

Great Location, Great View

The location of the property is great, the beach was not crowded and it comes with beach chairs and umbrella that gets set up by 9am. The view from the patio is really nice. Just high enough to view the waves over the dune vegetation. There are stairs down to the beach but it is consistent with most properties in the area for stairs. The inside of the condo is nice but for a 5 star property....the living room furniture was a bit dated and used. We didnt spend much time in the condo though, so not a deal breaker. The kitchen was well stocked but we found there was no room to put items we purchased at the grocery store. So it was left on the countertop. Again, not a big deal, but it did get kind of cluttered as its a small kitchen. All the bathrooms are nice and clean. The masterbath is updated and one of the nicer rooms of the condo. The only negative we had about the condo was the lack of noise separation from the people above us. Every step they took you could hear and it was pretty annoying. We've stayed in a lot of condos and not experienced that. But the place is so well situated, I would probably overlook it to come back. Overall, it was a great experience and we had a great time.

Great Location!

The location of this property is outstanding. The beach is not too crowded and the walking paths were awesome. We were close to all of our favorite restaurants and shops. Parking was easy. Our beach chairs and umbrella were set up for us everyday! The only issue we had was possibly with the refrigerator. It was not cooling properly. We reported it, but never really heard back. Not an issue for us as we did not have many perishables.

RIght on the water, close to your car, close to the pool, great unit in general

The overall unit was great only upgrades I would make is new toilet seats and better couch/chairs in main room. All bathrooms are updated and unit lays out well. Easy ride on bikes to Rosemary and Alys beach.

Awesome Gulf View on the Beach!

We loved this place! It was great for a girls getaway week with the beach being only a few steps away. The kitchen was well stocked and the outside table on the balcony was nice for eating outside while watching for dolphins. The kids bunk room is pretty cool and the beds allow an adult to sleep there comfortably. The complex is gated, quiet and well maintained with a nice pool and grassy area overlooking the beach.
