Flagstaff Historic Southside District Location. 15 minute drive to Snow Bowl for excellent hiking and mountain biking. Walking distance to Breweries , Restaurants, Coffee, plus free onsite parking. Security gate provides a safe and secure location. The very best location in historic downtown Flagstaff. Our largest guest suite at 575 square ft. Open floor plan with TWO separate rooms. Can sleep up to six people. The suite offers a King Serta Mattress and Queen foam bed, plus sofa sleeper (queen size). Lots of natural night and windows. Blue pine hardwood floors. Amenities include 4K flat screen TV with Roku, Coffee maker, Microwave, Hair Dryer and complimentary water. Private parking allows guests to walk to downtown shops, dining, hiking, NAU and a short drive to Snow Bowl. Parking is limited to one car per unit. Pets permitted by pre-approval from owners, cost is a one time fee of $35 per Dog (2 max) Sorry no cats. We are located back from the street behind a safe and secure security fence.

Very spacious, comfortable and clean. Walking distance to everything. Pull out bed is great and can actually hold two people. It's not the usual saggy squeaky spring style. It's solid - firm but comfortable. Can easily fit 6 people as stated, with ample room.

We had a very nice stay at this property. The location is excellent, the unit was extremely clean and comfortable. I should have read the listing more closely to understand that there is no kitchenette, but we made do without. There is a refrigerator and microwave on premise. Parking was so easy, and we'd definitely stay here again!
