Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.

Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.

Great Resort Great Unit

Elegant and peaceful

Gorgeous condo. Well appointed. Loved having a high chair and pack n play. Beautiful views. When washing machine malfunctioned, a brand new one was installed within hours. Excellent communication with management. Highly recommend.

Don’t pass this place up!

If you want a beautiful condo with great amenities, spectacular ocean and pool views, and easy access to the beach then this condo is for you! Also, fantastic restaurants, shops, and bakeries within walking distance.

Our stay at Adagio and specifically B201 was wonderful! I received a call about 1hr before check in stating the property was ready. Very spacious condo for being 4 bedrooms and felt much bigger than I expected. The balconies are huge and the view from the second floor was perfect. Easy access to everything and such a great location within Blue Mountain beach making it easily accessible to both RedFish Village area and Shunk Gulley area. The only complaint I have was regarding the bikes. We tried 3 times and no one was present. When we called they stated the two bikes were for adults only (it was me and my two children staying for the most part). They were out of bikes their size to rent. They promised a call back to secure them from another spot or another day and I never heard back. We were looking forward to being able to ride bikes to the ice cream shop and bakery etc. Otherwise, the condo itself was clean and had everyhting we could've needed!

AWESOME listing

Our stay was great! The condo is in the perfect location. Gulf views, overlooked the smaller pool, and the building is right in between the walkover and the big pool. The people at Adagio were awesome as well!!

Wonderful property!!

Along with several of our friends and their families, we stayed at Adagio for our kids’ Spring Break. The location was perfect and the layout was nice and easy to get around. We spent most of our time at the beach, but they did have two amazing pools. One was quite cold, and the heated one I would say was not warm, but warmer than the big pool. Our condo was beautiful!! The view was amazing. We had plenty of room and everything we needed. Larry is awesome ! We texted a few times and he was very prompt in replying and ensuring our stay was just perfect!! Thanks again for everything!

Loved it!

My whole family really enjoyed our stay at the Adagio. The unit was spotless and the location is perfect. We all enjoyed the pools and the easy beach access. We usually bring our own chairs and tents when visiting the beach, so we were kind of unsure about using the beach service. I can say it’s the way to go though. It was nice not having to fight for a good spot at dawn every morning. Management was wonderful from the very beginning until the last day. We will soon plan our next trip back.

Wonderful stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were thrilled when we walked into the condo, it was beautiful! The location can’t be beat, right by the walkway to the beach and in between both pools. We couldn’t hear any noise at night, which was a plus as sometimes the pool was busy until closing at 10. The beds were all comfortable! We purchased extra paper products but the “starter” supplies were more than enough and we didn’t end up needing them! The location to everything for eating and entertainment was perfect, we were even close enough to walk to breakfast a couple times! The condo is perfect, we didn’t want for anything and we had no issues, overall about as good as you can get! We hope to stay again in the future!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 15th year at Adiago, we love it! B201 had probably been our least favorite unit on gulf front. The 2nd level is PERFECT and love the breeze on the corner unit. However, the bedding needs to be replaced (the worst we’ve ever had). Also, the area rug is very dirty and needs replaced. We love YFATB staff and they are the BEST to rent from. We will continue coming to Adiago but will not rent this unit again. On a scale of 1-10 (this unit) 5!
