The tastefully decorated and remodeled country Cottage at Broad Hill Run Farm is conveniently located between the Great Smoky Mountains, Big South Fork and Lone Mountain recreation areas, and Norris Dam State Park. Knoxville's Premier Restaurant and Shopping, Turkey Creek is less than 15 Minutes.

Being just 5 minutes from the I-75 Lenoir City-TN exit and 15 minutes from the I-75/I-40 interchange, it’s the perfect relaxing retreat for interstate layovers, property shopping trips or your recreational headquarters for excursions to the lakes and mountains.

Likewise, downtown Knoxville and UT are just 30 minutes away, making it perfect for city breaks, and university visits.

The National Laboratory at Oak Ridge and the new East Tennessee ‘Silicon Valley’ are also just 9 miles away.

Inviting and Comfortable

The home is decorated beautifully, very clean and accommodating with good outside seating. Country feel, yet accessible from main roads. Lisha was a great host and communication was easy.

Well appointed with a great kitchen and family room. The owner was extremely helpful with accurate directions. She even helped me make contacts for an upcoming wedding. Only thing that would make the stay better-1-a mirror in the twin bedroom 2-hooks or towel rack in the main hall bathroom. Otherwise everything else worked perfectly.

The home is immaculately kept, host is gracious, provides everything a person could need, plenty of amenities, cannot beat the veranda, peace, quiet and warmth.

Great property. As listed. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Well stocked. Loveseat in living room very comfortable but couch well worn and felt lumpy to sit on. Large wrap around porch and rocking chairs were nice to enjoy since the weather was cool. Would suggest blowing off porch and knocking down spider webs at doors before guests arrive but I understand the owner was out of town when we checked in. Just a nice suggestion for the future.

Family visit

We had a wonderful time. The beds were so comfortable we all slept in! Dogs loved the fenced yard and watching the horses. The only negative thing we can say is that it was hard getting up the first step, could have used a hand rail.

Perfect spot for a Thanksgiving family get together

This was our third time to stay here! We love this house! It is a perfect location for family in KY, SC, NC, GA and VA to meet up even for an hour or two since it is just about 10 min off the interstate! We love the huge kitchen and how it opens to the living room so we can gather and visit easily. If we meet up in this area next year, we will stay here again!
