Guests have full access to the entire property, including the private dock. Feel free to bring your boat or rent one locally to explore the lake. Additionally, guests can use our kayaks and stand-up paddle boards for a fun adventurous experience on the water.

Our home is perfectly situated to enjoy both the tranquility of Tellico Village and the excitement of nearby attractions. Tellico Village itself offers various recreational activities such as golfing, hiking, and water sports. Conveniently located 40 miles from vibrant city of Knoxville, 60 miles from Pigeon Forge, home of Dollywood and many other attractions, and 45 miles to the breathtaking Great Smoky Mountains.

You can rest easy knowing your stay is covered with $1,500 in "All-Risk" damage protection. Although rare, accidentally damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have limitations in protection. With "all-risk" protection, all accidental damage from a guest is covered unless it's specifically excluded such as, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage. Relax and enjoy your stay!! If you have visitors while staying at the property, please note they are not permitted to bring pets. Failure to disclose a pet or unapproved pets found on the premises will result in a $250.00 fine.
