VEUILLEZ NOTER: durant la saison estivale du 1er juin au 24 août, nous acceptons les arrivées et les départs le samedi uniquement, à l'exception du week-end des Blue Angels, qui comporte un minimum de 3 nuits.

Notre lumineux et joyeux condo de 2 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer des vacances reposantes sur la plage de Pensacola, où le sable blanc et les eaux bleues font disparaître tous vos soucis. Sans Souci signifie "sans soucis", et notre objectif est de rendre votre séjour totalement sans souci. Profitez de belles vues vers l'ouest depuis notre balcon au 3ème étage. Allez directement à la plage - pas besoin de traverser la rue! Notre bâtiment est juste sur le golfe. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est inclus: serviettes, linge de maison, livres, ustensiles de cuisine, laveuse et sécheuse directement dans l'unité. Nous avons une armoire remplie de jouets de plage, de flotteurs et de chaises, vous n’avez donc pas besoin de trop faire vos bagages. Nous vivons à quelques minutes et sommes disponibles pour vous aider avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, ou nous pouvons être complètement libres, ce que vous préférez. La chambre principale dispose d'une salle de bains privative et d'un lit king-size avec un lit pliant. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen. Il y a aussi une salle de bain complète dans le hall. Le canapé du salon est une couchette. Juste un court saut dans la rue pour les meilleurs fruits de mer sur la plage chez Peg Leg Pete's.

Nous utilisons un thermostat intelligent ecobee pour contrôler la chaleur et la climatisation. Il y a un capteur dans chaque pièce qui surveille la température.

Nous vous recommandons vivement de souscrire une assurance voyage si vous souhaitez visiter Pensacola Beach pendant la saison des ouragans (du 1er juin au 30 novembre). Si une tempête majeure se dirige vers nous, il y a généralement des évacuations obligatoires de la plage.

Nous ne sommes pas une société de gestion immobilière. Cette unité est notre maison personnelle loin de chez eux. N'oubliez pas qu'il peut arriver que nous ne puissions pas répondre immédiatement parce que nous sommes au travail, mais nous ferons tout ce qui est en notre pouvoir pour vous offrir un séjour 5 étoiles conformément aux directives de VRBO / Homeaway.

As a mom with multiple small kids this was the most ideal place we have ever stayed. The beach is steps away making it convenient to go down and see the ocean whenever we want, the pool was clean and large and the kids favorite spot. I could still enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony while the kids napped. The place is clean, in perfect location, and check in/check out is very simple.

Great relaxing beach getaway!

Perfect place for first ever sisters’ trip. Great condo with every possible amenity and easy beach access. No thinking was required - grocery store and restaurants close by. Lovely patio to sit out on and look at the beach or the sunset. Loved our stay and will be back.

Great Family Beach Trip

This property was great and exactly as described. It was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 kiddos under the age of 3. Having access to the storage closet was a huge bonus. Thanks for providing a great place to stay and make fun memories as a family!

Great view

Beautiful views of the gulf and sunset from the balcony. Perfect location right on the gulf beach but not far from the bay either. Many local eateries and shopping close by. Peg Legs across the street is great! Hosts were very responsive to any questions and the property was exactly as described. Definitely coming back!

Weekend getaway

We booked a last minute weekend getaway to the beach. The owners were quick to respond and easy to work with. Everything in the condo was just as pictured. There was plenty of room for this family of 5. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

First time vrbo users! Wonderful experience!

This was our first time using vrbo for a vacation rental. It was a little different than what we’re used to but we were very pleased and will rent again in the future. The condo owner was very helpful and considerate. The property was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Fall Getaway

We were so pleased with our time at this property. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful leading up to the booking and during our time there. The end unit was quiet, and offered a great view of the sunset and space to have outdoor meals. I love that the hosts went out of their way to label items inside the condo and to provide helpful instructions for the t.v. Also--the proximity to the beach and the laid back, family-friendly environment was perfect for us. Thank you!

Excellent Condo

Check-in was not until 4:00pm but the owners texted us saying the condo was available early. We were grateful since we were already in town staying with relatives at their condo! The location was great. We walked across the street to a convenience store and a great restaurant. More essentials were provided than we were expecting, which was a very nice bonus. The condo was clean and well appointed. We will definitely stay here again! Oh, and the view from the balcony was magnificent!!

Best place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo very much. The location is absolutely perfect as it’s directly on the beach! We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the evenings watching the sun set and listening to the live music from Peg Leg Pete’s restaurant which is right across the street. We walked across to eat at the restaurant one night and it’s delicious. Our kiddos loved having access to the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub while they swam. The condo had everything we needed to prepare breakfast in the mornings. There is also a closet full of beach toys, floats and misc items for the beach. We had a splendid time and we will definitely visit again!

Very pleased with this home and the amenities. It accommodated our large family very well. Game room was perfect for us adults in our 30s and two teens. Pickleball was also a huge hit! The board games and comfy living area was perfect for our older adults 55. First time grilling with Charcol but the chief did just fine. We left some for the next crew! Lastly, the fenced in backyard was much needed for our four legged friends. Being stuck in the car for our 4 hr drive to the home they welcomed being off leash and getting to stretch their legs and burn off some energy. The host were excellent with communication before the trip and we would definitely stay here again.

Cozy Condo and Responsive Owners

The condo was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed, including toiletries, detergent, and beach equipment! Even though, we didn’t use all of the amenities. The washer and dryer was nice and seems new. We had an extra sense of security with a keypad gate to the community. We can tell that the owners care based on the other reviews and improvements done. They were very responsive. This is what you would want from owners. Also, we arrived about an hour early and texted if we could check in and we were able to. Thank you for a seamless and accommodating stay!

Beautiful condo and a great location!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the San Souci. It was beautifully decorated with a tropical theme which created a very comfortable atmosphere. It is close to, but not in the middle of all the action, yet it is across the street from Peg Leg Pete's and a Tom Thumb convenience store, not to mention it is on the beach. The gulf water is crystal clear and the soft white sand is exquisite. Can't beat the location. The food and ambiance at popular Peg Leg's is wonderful and you won't have to wait for a parking spot. We also recommend visitors take the time to go to Ft. Pickens at the end of the island; it's a step back in time and into history. Who knew there were forts there in the Civil War!

Great location but needs better cleaning crew

The place was adequate in size, but we only slept there as we spent all of our time at the beach or the pool, which were both very lovely. Appreciated having a Keurig coffee maker. The master shower is small, but works well if you make sure to keep the curtain inside the shower. One recommendation to the owners is to get a new cleaning crew. I don’t think they shake the area rugs out or vacuum under them as the floor had a lot of dirt under the rug which our crawling infant found very quickly. The fan blades were caked with dust. There was mold around the shower handles in the master bath, also. The sliding door had greasy marks all over it. They may also want to address the cracked sink bowl in the master bath.
