We really enjoyed our stay at G214/Destin West this week. Communication was great and the organization was above my expectations. The condo was very nicely appointed and there were several extras - beach towels, toys, chair and umbrella rental for the week. The condo was clean and had all we needed and more. The complex was great and everyone was so helpful and friendly! We loved our week - thanks for a wonderful time away!

I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. There was mold in the showers, the doors needed a good cleaning i.e. hand dirt at the door handles, the sinks in the double vanity wouldn't drain. Please remove the carpet from the front bedroom, It feels dirty. There are no mattress pads on the beds so sheets sit right on mattress. The furniture is very dated and not at all comfortable. Please replace the POM toilet paper and paper towels with something a bit nicer. There was also no blow dryer in the single bathroom vanity. A bit inconvenient to have to share. The views are wonderful and the pools are very nice. The location is good.

The guest did not reach out to us during their stay, despite our contact number being prominently displayed at the property and email correspondence. We proactively called guest day after arrival and guest indicated everything was satisfactory. Also, several of the comments from this guest are odd. For example, there were 2 hair dryers in the condo. There are mattress pads on the beds. The couch and many other items in the condo are all new. Regardless, we would have been happy to assist if guest had reached out to us.

Fun beach spot

Nice, clean property with a lot of fun stuff for kids, beautiful beach, a number of pools. Restaurants and shops are close by. We would stay there again.

This beach condo is located at a great resort that is easy to navigate and has what you’ll need, just bring your groceries. In addition to providing important starter supplies like coffee, paper towels and toilet papers, they also supply beach towels and toys/boogie boards were in the primary suite closet. Pools were wonderful and access to the beach was amazing.You should know that the bedroom with the bunk bed is very, very small. Just enough room for the bed, a small dresser. TVs in every bedroom is great!We loved the included beach and chair umbrellas included and used them everyday. Get to the reservation “hut” for a chance at the front row and a clear view of the ocean. Second floor balcony was lovely as well and allowed for a pool and ocean view. Easy communication with the host - which we didn’t even need because everything was great but I appreciated a mid-visit check-in. You won’t regret choosing this condo.

Wonderful time!

Such a great condo. It had everything we needed and was a perfect location with my son staying at the hotel next door. Super close to the garage, and easy access to the beach and pool. Krystal was amazing with help and response time. We had a great week!

Family vacation

Our family of 7 enjoyed our stay here so much! The location is perfect and this unit has the most beautiful view! The unit had alot of items to start out with ( toilet paper, paper towel, laundry soap, dryer sheets, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, coffee) and more. The owner Frank was extremely pleasant to speak with and so was his manager Amanda. I would highly recommend staying here! We loved this place so much we ended up extending our stay with another one of the owners units at this resort!

Great time

We enjoyed our time here. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay like toiletries and cleaning supplies. The property manager was super attentive and texted to make sure everything was to our liking and to answer any questions that we might have. The nice sized gym was up-to-date with machines and free weights. We definitely recommend this property.

Awesome Location

We had a great stay. It’s a beautiful property that overlooks the pool and you can see the ocean. The pool is amazing and free beach chair set-up is included. You just have to put your name on the list at the beach at 9am. Our family agreed this was the best condo we’ve stayed at and we’ve been to Siesta Key, Myrtle Beach and Clearwater over the past 12 years. The Lazy River across the street is included and we visited The Island next door. The only negative I would say is that the pullout couch cushions and side of the fridge were pretty dirty. Other than that, the property is amazing! Look forward to returning next year.

Wonderful Stay

This condo is a perfect size for a small group. The 3rd bedroom with bunk beds has a door that can be closed for privacy. We put the loudest snorer in there! Being a 2nd floor unit is very convenient. I used the stairs all weekend. However, that also means you are close to the hottub; so we had to deal with a couple of loud, late hottub parties (not any fault of the condo owners). The only reason I did not give 5 star review is because there was a musty odor in the condo for the 1st couple of days. It wasn't horrible, and it definitely subsided by the time we left. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Amanda was also helpful when we were having remote control issues. It all worked out. Thank you.

Love this place!

We were amazed! 1. The check in process was carefree. We went straight to the condo. We had already received our parking pass in an email and parking was steps from the condo. 2. We were pleasantly surprised to be supplied with dishwashing liquid, dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, toilet paper, paper towels, beach towels. 3. The pool bands were already in the condo (10 of them). The condo property is beachside and has a huge pool and huge hot tub. We also had access to The Island property next door with a grotto and swim up bar (I don't drink but it was super cool and had non-alcoholic choices). It had multiple pools and a heart shaped hot tub. There was also a grill with food and a tiki bar beachside. 4. Across a catwalk there is a beautiful pool with a lazy river bay side with amazing views. 5. We had one tiny issue when the internet went out. The owner responded immediately and the issue was resolved within minutes. The condo property is perfect for kids and the pools next door are perfect for adults. We loved this place and the carefree experience. We will be back every year!!

This is our third trip to Destin West Beach and Bay Resort. The room was beautiful and accommodating for a family. We enjoyed the beach, pools, and lazy river. It had close proximity to many activities and restaurants. We will return for sure.

The condo was beautifully decorated and had a great Gulf view. The pool was large and very clean. Plenty of lounge chairs and tables. We had access to the bay side also, which included a lazy river and a nice fishing pier. Our host was easy to work with and always accessible. If we return to Ft.
