What a beautiful facility and location. We could see fireworks from all 3 parks. The skyline was just a short trip away. Easy access to all 4 parks and Disney Springs. Clean and secure family friendly resort. We had amazing food and drinks at the resort, by the pools, in our room, on our balcony! It was a great stay! I will definitely be back!

Relaxing family getaway

Our family of 4 had an amazing week. We literally have no complaints. It was very clean and updated. The staff was polite and helpful. The property had so much to offer for making memories as a family, and the location couldn’t have been better for a couple days at Disney. The communication with our host was perfect as well. They had quick responses and great advice as well. We are hoping to make this a family tradition. We highly recommend this property and the host.

Awesome stay at Bonnet Creek!

Our host was awesome! When we were trying to get on the ground, I couldn’t fine the right reservation number, and began to get nervous that I had been scammed. I sent our host a quick message hoping for a reply. Indeed, he replied within minutes and I realized I had missed the message with the reservation number I needed. The room was exactly as described.

The view from the unit was the parking lot instead of the lake. Also no view of fireworks

Hi Kay, Thanks for your 5 Star review. It appears you missed the following in the listing description: •Suite Location: Bonnet Creek is a timeshare resort so NO ONE OWNS A SPECIFIC UNIT. All of the 2BR Deluxe Suites there have the same floor plan and are basically furnished/decorated the same. You may request a specific tower/floor level/view at the time of arrival.

Advertising didn’t match the reality.

The unit we were assigned was extremely outdated. The greater issue was the mold in the bathrooms, and broken shower doors. The grounds of the property are very nice. That said, they are understaffed and it becomes a challenge when trying to reach anyone at the reception desk.

We are sorry to hear about your experience as it differs greatly from our other recent guests. None of the previous reviews (100+) for any of our Bonnet Creek listings have stated that the units are "outdated." or in disrepair. Yes, units are assigned by the staff at the front desk at the time of check in. Any issues with an individual unit are promptly addressed by the on-site maintenance staff within minutes which we can attest to after our dozen personal stays there over the years. A quick trip down the elevator to speak with a staff member at the 24 hour operated front desk is very easy to do if you can't immediately get through by phone.

Great stay

We really loved our stay. The location was great and the amenities at the resort were fantastic. We used the gas grills for dinner twice…so nice to not have to eat out all the time. Kitchen had everything we needed/could want. We’ve stayed here once before and will definitely come back. We had a room with a lake view and enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning.

Amazing communication from Peter! He helped with all my questions and was very responsive and helpful! I love the resort and our room. We stayed in tower 2 which was great for us because it was next to the playground and putt putt. Perfect for my infant and toddler. We also went to all the restaurants. So convenient because I was not in the mood to cook on vacation ;) There was tons of activities for all ages too! We can’t wait to book this lovely resort again!

Decent place to stay

Fairly clean although it didn’t appear to have had a “deep cleaning“ as we found someone’s socks beside the nightstand and a toy under the couch. Our granddaughter enjoyed the on-site lazy rivers, pools, arcades, and putt-putt golf course very much. The location was good; we were able to plan a beach trip one day (approximately a 1 hour drive). All in all I would recommend this place and would stay there again.

Great stay

A couple of negatives... the jacuzzi tub was quite loud (could hear the one upstairs), the air con/ heat was a bit difficult to adjust. We were put in a newly renovated 2 bedroom suite, but it seemed the workmanship was not good. Also would have liked a kettle in the suite. The good stuff... when we requested toiletries or towels, they staff were excellent and fast. The pool access was great and we were able to find lounging chairs easily for the four of us. We were asked to attend a time-share meeting, which we were not interested in, and the staff were eager but not overly pushy. We had a car rental and there was ample parking for us, access to the Disney parks was excellent. The room was well stocked with dishes and utensils and convenient access local supermarkets made it easy to have some meals in our room when we chose. Overall, very happy with our stay! Also wee able to watch a rocket launch from our balcony (after it got a little ways up)... very cool!

Very clean and beautifully maintained property with lots to offer! Really enjoyed the walk around the lake, pools , hot tubs and activities. Teens really liked to be able to play pool and use the fitness center. Staff was very friendly and helpful too. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful property and spacious accommodations

With so many options available to choose from in the Orlando area it was difficult to make a choice but we were very pleased with Wyndham bonnet creek. I'm pretty picky about my accomodations and usually stay in 4.5 or 5 star properties. The rooms were a good size and loved having two bathrooms and two sinks in the master bathroom. We barely used the kitchen but it was very well stocked. The property was beautifully maintained and the choice in pools was fantastic. The location was excellent: only minutes away from Disney Springs where we went for dinner several times. We ate at the pizza restaurant one evening after spending a day at Universal. The food was great and we were happy to not leave the resort. We stayed 4 nights but could have stayed longer.

Perfect Disney lodging

Wyndham bonnet creek is a perfect spot to lodge for a Disney stay for any size family. The condo allowed us to eat in at times... but also had a great little pool bar/ restaurant with excellent food. The facility couldn’t be better. Loved the walking path around the lake. Plenty of pools so never had to stress about getting a chair. Employees were so friendly and helpful. I would give this place 10 stars! Also fabulous distance to anything Disney. We loved watching fireworks from our balcony too. Will definitely return!!!

Wonderful property!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property and resort. Great location with lots of amenities - kids loved the lazy river, and we enjoyed the pools and restaurants.
