Step into your home away from home in this centrally located 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on International Drive. Less than 4 miles and 8 minutes from the all new Epic Universe. Not even 5 minutes away is Sea World, Aquatica and Discovery Cove. Universal Studios is also minutes away and the Convention Center is also down the street. Heading to Disney? It is also just a short drive away. Countless restaurants, bars, activities, and dinner shows are just minutes away from our clean and quiet condo.

Our condo has been recently renovated and is ready to be your home away from home. It is a spacious and comfortable place with a balcony overlooking the beautiful trees and quiet grassy area.

This condo includes 2 bedrooms, and each room includes a Smart TV and cable channels. The living room also includes 2 full couches and a 55” Smart TV for streaming and cable channels. Free wifi is available.

The A/C is operated with an adjustable thermostat. Please, turn the thermostat back up to 76 when you check out.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and its own bathroom that includes a shower with bench.
The second bedroom has 2 full sized beds and includes an iron and ironing board in the closet.
The second bathroom has a tub and it is separate from the vanity area.


Our kitchen has multiple coffee brewers for everyone’s taste. Kitchen cooking essentials including pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes, cups, flatware and a filtered water pitcher is available. The toaster oven is also an air fryer and we have included dishes and flatware for kids, should you need it.

Located in a condo-hotel property which provides a front lobby with 24-hour staff available to help should the need arise. Check in is at this lobby where you will receive your key and access to onsite free parking. A convenience store is also located in the lobby with food and personal items available. There is a restaurant/bar available on site. It is open daily.

The exercise room is open 24 hours a day with access using your condo key.

Pool is open well into the night and includes a kiddie pool and hot tub. A playground and BBQ and picnic area is also on site. There is plenty of open area to enjoy the grass and shady trees, as well.
Room service is not provided during your stay as this is a PRIVATE owned condo and is operating as an AirBnB. However, should you need fresh towels and or linens, there are extra sets in the unit.
Washer and dryer is available 24 hours a day on the same floor as unit but is COIN OPERATED.
This is a pet free condo and NO SMOKING is allowed in unit.

The apartment has distinct unpleasant smell. I had to open the balcony door and main to flush out the smell. The smell came again after 9 hours when we came back to the apartment. Also, the elevators were smelling marijuana. Some towels have stains on them.

The large heated pool was excellent - very enjoyable. The restaurant/bar just steps away from the unit was inviting. Loved the happy hour offerings and pricing. The unit was spacious and very well equipped.

We picked this location for its proximity to the Universal parks and it did not disappoint. Fully appointed suite, quiet grounds ensuring a full rest after multi day park attendance and all kinds of amenities nearby. Restaurants, grocery, theatres. Would definitely stay again.

From the very start, as soon as I booked the condo, there was great communication. The condo was super cute and really clean with all the amenities you need for a great stay. Check in and out was and there was plenty of parking. I would stay here again!!

Beautiful condo

The condo itself was beautiful. Unfortunately the front desk staff were not as friendly and the pool area could use improvement. We arrived early so had no problem waiting for room, went to pool, front desk said to come back in one hour. I did not ready ok come back. Went back in one hour not ready. I was told it should be done around 3 was not ready until after 5pm. Again no fault to owners, but unfortunately the front desk could use better communication skills.

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful home away from home. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and responded promptly to any messages. The location was ideal—just a quick, easy 12-minute drive to the convention center, which was perfect for my daughter’s volleyball nationals. Traffic was smooth, making the daily commute hassle-free. The space was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also loved having easy access to the pool—it was just a short walk from the room. We would absolutely stay here again!

Family time

The property was very clean and location was very central to everything in Orlando. Or family felt comfortable and enjoyed their time. I recommend this stay for any family with children. The pool is heated and open late. Great stay!

We had a great time in your condo!! It fit the three of us very nicely! It was very accessible to restaurants, nail places and a barbershop!! TV’s were a little challenging at times!! Overall it was great!! We would come again!!

This condo includes 2 bedrooms, and each room includes a Streaming Fire TV and cable channels. The living room also includes 2 full couches and a 55” TV that has a Firestick for streaming and cable channels.
Free wifi is available.
