Crystal Sands is a fully furnished, non-smoking, no pet, immaculately kept 3 BR/2.5 BA Gulf and Gazebo Court Yard view town home in exclusive Barrier Dunes, a gated beach side community adjacent to Saint Joseph State Park. This unit has been recently remodeled and exceptionally well maintained with charming decor.

Located on First floor
Open Design Dining, Kitchen, and family area has seating for six. The kitchen has Granite counter tops/Stainless Appliances and well equipped with eating utensils, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator with ice/maker, smooth top electric stove. .There is a 1/2 bath conveniently located on this floor.

The family living area has a sofa, love seat, WiFi, 65" TV w/flat screen, end tables and coffee table. The living room has double glass sliders opening up to the large Gulf View deck with table/chairs, loungers, and gas grill. The deck has exterior stairs and paver walkways allowing quick access to the sunset viewing Court Yard Gazebo, private beach, two pools, tennis courts, and ponds.

Located on Second floor
Spacious master suite on the second level, furnished with a king bed, dresser, flat screen TV , updated private bath. Double sliding glass doors give access to your own private deck with Gulf Views.

Second bedroom located on the first level is furnished with a queen bed, dresser, flat screen TV, private bathroom, and a private deck with great neighborhood views.

There is also a full size washer and dryer located on this floor for your convenience.

Large 3rd Bedroom has 2 twin beds with lots of space, a great kid hideaway!

Outside Area
This is an end unit with parking underneath and overflow parking just a few steps away. There is an outside private shower, (2) bikes,(1) Kayak, and (2) beach chairs.

Crystal Sands offers a fabulous stay to its guests! The home has everything you need to feel right home & the beds are even super comfy! My family had one of our best vacations here to wind down between Christmas & New Years and we couldn’t have had a better time! The host, Robert, was great to work with! We had sickness hit our house right before Christmas & so we had to delay our arrival a bit & he worked with us to accommodate our stay! Anytime we reached out to him with a question, he was always quick to respond! The location within Barrier Dunes is perfect! 5/5 stars!

This unit is easily one of our favorites that we have stayed in! The location was great. Communication with the property manager was easy. It was well stocked and a whole storage room full of beach chairs/toys! The decor was perfect for a beach townhouse. It was clean and smelled so good when we arrived. We will most definitely be back to this location!!

Clean and updated, very comfortable property. We had a blast. The kayaks, bikes, and beach chairs and toys were all excellent and added great value to us to not have to worry about traveling with all that stuff! Crystal Sands is a beautiful condo! Very nicely decorated and very clean. Just about a minute walk to the beach and about 2-3 minutes to the beachside pool. Plenty of beach chairs and toys were available for use. Several board games were provided to use for a rainy day, or evening inside. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pans, can opener, scissors, utensils, Keurig - just needs a toaster. Host was very friendly and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
