All You Need is just that, all you need to enjoy the perfect beach vacation!!! This property is truly the best location in Barrier Dunes!!! This uniquely situated town home has breathtaking panoramic views of the beautiful blue-green waters of Cape San Blas from every room!

The spacious deck on the first level has a gas grill and loads of outdoor seating, bar-height table that seats four for morning coffee or evening drinks with an amazing view, two chaise lounges and an outdoor dining table that seats six when you choose to dine "Al Fresco".

The living area has two sofas (one is a sleeper), large flat screen TV, large farm-style dining table that seats 8 comfortably, and 2 additional kitchen counter seats. You'll all have amazing views through the large window seat in the dining area as well !

The kitchen has all the standard appliances you'll need, and is well-stocked with cookware, blender, glassware or plastic ware for the kids. We provide a Keurig coffee maker and a regular drip coffee maker. We've tried to anticipate your every vacation need!

The unit has 2 master bedrooms both with beautiful panoramic views of the beaches and Gulf from each of their own private balconies. Both masters have king beds, nightstands, large flat screen televisions, and en-suite bathrooms with full-sized showers. One of the masters also has a love-seat that pulls out into a twin bed - perfect for kids or just an extra spot to relax privately!

The laundry area is conveniently located on the 2nd level, complete with a full sized washer and efficient dryer.

There is a newly remodeled standard size stairway that leads to the large upper level area, which is bigger than any original lofts and perfect for the kids ! The top level has two twin beds, a full size bed, large flat screen TV, bean bag chair and over-sized windows for beautiful Gulf views.

We provide you with some toilet paper, paper towels, liquid hand soap, laundry detergent, plastic wrap, and foil - enough to conveniently get you started. Beach chairs and misc outdoor beach equipment are also provided for your convenience !!

We want you to enjoy the experience and beauty of ALL YOU NEED!!!

50% of balance due is due at booking and the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in. Our standard pet Fee is $150.00 and is non-refundable once checked in.

Great location

Such a beautiful view to wake up too. The kids loved the location and really enjoyed the beach. Plan to come back and enjoy this place again soon!

What a great time!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The property owner was so kind and answered all of my questions promptly. The waterfront view from this property is gorgeous! The sunsets were beautiful! I highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful spot with amazing views! Easy access to the beach which was nice when taking kids back and forth! Host was easy to communicate with and very attentive if anything was needed! Would highly recommend this place!

Great place to stay!

This condo was very clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The view is gorgeous on the deck. We will definately be staying there again!!

Great Place

Great townhome right on the beach! Large, open and perfect for even a big group. Best unit in the complex. Beautiful part of beach near state park. Even had pickleball courts. Scallop Republic - main bar on the cape- says hello to “Penny” the owner. Great vacation!!

Awesome property right on the beach!

We loved this property! The updates are great. The kitchen is very well equipped for anything you want to cook. We love having solid surface floors for easy cleaning. Stephanie and her team were awesome answering every question we had and super fast! We can't say enough great things about location and the house!!

Family Vacation

We had a great time! This was our first time in Port St. Joe and we loved it. This unit has the best balcony. The pool is just 2 short minutes away. My only complaint. The sliding door in the living room going outside is so hard to open. But other then that. We really enjoyed our stay!

Amazing Views

We just returned from our third family beach trip stay here!! Everyone loved their time spent here from age 5 months to 70 years old!! All four generations got to visit this time! The communication with the owner is excellent! The grands call it “our beach house”! Every room has a view of the beach! Also, the wrap around porch is great to chase the grands & eat all meals on! All while enjoying the sunsets! The AC works wonderfully too. The kitchen even has a crockpot which is a plus for starting meals and coming in from the beach to a cooked meal! The grill was great for cooking the other nights. We are already missing the beach and planning our fourth stay here for the next year! Thanks for sharing your beautiful accommodations and awesome beach views on the beach with our family!!

Great location, needs some work

First, the positive, location to the beach could not have been better. Cape San Blas could not have been better. As soon as we opened the door the heavy musty smell in the unit was very strong and set the tone for our stay. We found the unit to be a bit rough and run-down and in need of just general repair and refresh. Rusty fixtures, poorly patched and painted walls, an uncomfortable master bed, verrrryyyyy small bathrooms with shower fixtures barely hanging on….. a sliding glass door that was almost impossible to open, we even broke the handle on the last day attempting to open that thing. The wooden path going to the beach was treacherous with loose boards and nails sticking up far too high. We made the best of it and spent as much time out of the unit and at the beach. Pride in ownership was just not there.

Mrs Kathy was the best host imaginable.

Great house, location, views, and the best sunsets! Very clean with lots of amenities . The property few steps to the beach which makes it perfect with little kiddos. Very safe and secure, great gated community with two pools. This makes a huge difference when setting up tents and toys for the days at the beach. We spend a lot of time at different locations in the gulf and this was our first with friends who are have been going for 30+ years. I must say I am looking forward to my next visit right back here. Love that we can do fires on the beach. The house/ location amazing! Beds sleep great! Lots of room for multiple families with multiple kids. Host: cannot say enough about how awesome Mrs. Kathy is. She has many friends in the local area with tons of advice for food , sports, recreations etc. From day one Mrs Kathy was very responsive. Within min she always responded and willing to assist or help if needed. She went out of way every time to make sure we didn’t have any questions or concerns. Other host need to take notes! If it comes to fishing, boat rentals, golf, food, etc she had all the right spots and you can tell she truly cares that you have the best experience. Thank you Mrs. Kathy appreciate all you have done to make our experience the best! Couldn’t have done it without you!

Very disappointed

Although this unit does have an amazing view of the beach we had a very difficult week of vacation with our family. The owner has no interest in offering a unit that is beautifully decorated or maintained. These are some of the problems we faced: AC not working Smoke alarms chirping (original dead batteries) Broken ice maker (not connected) Broken sliding glass and entry door(broken handle and track-could not come and go) Draperies falling down (not connected to the brackets) Bugs and spider webs everywhere (no pest control) Rusted out grill (filthy Ana broke burners) Smart lights coming on in the night (touch lights didn’t work) Garage sale decor (ugly decor) Old appliances (and cheapest pots pans knives and appliances) washer will scare the wits out of you) I will never recommend or rent this unit again. Owner has a lying excuse for everything.

My 2nd Stay at All You Need

I absolutely love this condo! It looks directly over the Gulf of Mexico. It’s peaceful and neighbors are friendly. The condo has everything needed for our stay. Lots of room, comfortable and well decorated. My favorite part of the day is when people gather on the beach with lawn chairs, children and dogs to watch the sun set! Then a bonfire to roast s’mores or just to enjoy. So worth it!

Sadly, we will not stay here again

First, the good stuff. We have come to Cape San Blas every year for the past 11 years and have stayed up and down the Cape. The part of the beach where this property is located is the nicest part of the beach. Beautiful. This property has two well maintained pools. The unit is an end unit on the beach and all windows have a beach view. There are two master bedrooms with king size beds and ensuite baths, (plus a loft that we did not use). We like parity in the accommodations as we are two married couples. There was a big deck that wrapped around two sides of the condo. Now for the bad stuff. The sliding door to the deck was incredibly difficult to open. Really bad. In fact, once outside, someone inside often had to assist with closing the door. The handle on the outside was pulling away from the door and felt like it was going to break off in my hand. The bedroom where my husband and I stayed had no closet. We were there for a week. There was a hook on the back of the door and a 5 drawer dresser. All of the dresser drawers were stuffed with pillows (not clean pillows). There was a lot of pet hair (we did not bring a pet). The bottom drawer was broken. The bathroom in that bedroom did not have any towel racks and the drawers in the vanity could not be fully opened as they banged into the door trim. The dishes, silverware and pots/pans were not clean. Sometimes we would grab a plate or knife and it was clear that it had been put away without even being rinsed. The complex is in disrepair and needs major work. These are the reasons we will not be repeat customers to this property. I really hope they fix it because it could be really nice.

Great location!

This place does have “All You Need” and is a great spot right on the beach! It is spacious and had a great layout for our family. It is a nice location on the Cape and we enjoyed our time here. Unfortunately there was construction happening around us and hammering next door at 7:30 am one day but other than that it was fairly quiet. Our only other complaint is the cleanliness. When we arrived there were bags of trash lying in the driveway and the place was not as clean as other rentals we have used. Luckily we spent most of our time outside on the beautiful beach just steps away!

Best location in Barrier Dunes

Cute place, nicely updated, views from every room. Love the wrap around deck-seemed like the biggest one in barrier dunes . It is so close to the beach you almost don’t have to even go out to the sand if you don’t want to. Liked being on the end that doesn’t meet up with the other condos because there was much less of a crowd on our end of the complex not that it is super overcrowded in general. Be prepared to head to Piggly Wiggly on your way in. It is 25 min away. The Trading Post on the Cape has a decent selection if you forget something. This was our first trip to Cape SB and we will definitely go back. If I were booking a condo at Barrier Dunes I would definitely select this unit again. Thx for letting us stay!

Spring Break st the Cape

The view is awesome just as described. Wi-Fi connectivity was a problem. It started with no phone and no TV. We had to leave the property to call the manager. She came and tried to help but was unsuccessful. The ISP could not make a service call until Friday. We will provided another code but it was weak and faded in and out. The ISP did come on Friday and fixed the problem but we were leaving on Sunday. The kitchen and bathrooms needed more attention to cleaning, showers and floors. The hot pads were dirty in the kitchen and the cookware was thin and warped. The latch on the gate going out to the beach from the living room is broken. It is a lovely condo with an amazing view but needs more attention.
