The host was very communicative and easy to deal with (all via what’s app or email). Travelling as 2 couples the apartment was quite comfortable bearing in mind it’s Paris so bathrooms and showers are tight. Plenty of eating spots nearby. Brasserie Doubillot almost directly opposite is a great choice, but book 1st. Handy to Metro especially lines 4 & 8. Location is interesting and not really suitable for children.

Host (Adonis) was very personable and explained everything we needed. He was so friendly! The apartment had more amenities than other apartment rentals we had. The books about Paris in the apartment were a cool touch. Security arrangements were also very good. An extra towel might have been good. A curtain or frosted glass on the elevated window in the small toilet room is recommended. Overall, a great offering in a great location.

Great location, very well equipped and comfortable beds. The rooms are a good size and can easily accommodate 2 couples. There is no street view as it looks internally but the bonus is very little street noise.

It was a location that had shops close, but it wasn't really close to any of the major spots to tour. It was in a sketchier part of the city so it felt a little scary at night, but felt safe having 4 locks to get inside our vrbo. Overall, it was a good stay.

Great place to stay

Good location. Very close to metro and some nice restaurants, coffee shops, and other stores. Hosts were easy to work with. Apartment is fully furnished with everything you need for a stay in Paris, although air conditioning would be a plus

We were very comfortable in our clean and convenient apartment. Adonis greeted us warmly and was very informative. The best thing to us was the very central location - it felt like a hub from which we easily walked to major museums, the Seine, Le Marais, Montmartre, Champs Élysèes and more.

The apartment is described perfectly. It is small but has everything you need to be comfortable. We were there with our 16 year old daughter and we all enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood had great restaurants close by and small local coffee shops with a great vibe. We did feel as if we were living in Paris for the week. One small note. Use the fob on the keychain to get into the main door. It is easier than the code. Looking forward to our next stay.

Apartment was clean and much as described. However, one bedroom has a shower in the room but you have to go down the hallway to the toilet and sink. Other bath is across the hallway from the bath. It is one flight of steps up with no lift. We were greeted and shown everything. Internet seemed to work fine. The neighborhood was colorful. It was quiet. It was not what I would call luxurious but we certainly got what we paid for.

Great Location

Locaction is easy to get to via train. We loved the area! Located on a picturesque french street. Lots of shopping and restaurants. Apartment was cleanand had all amenities. Thank you!

Cute, safe apartment

Cute little 2 bedroom apartment with lots of room. There are stairs, keep that in mind, but good security measures and close to many cafes and restaurants. Ubers are plentiful. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again when back in town.

Very nice!

We really enjoyed staying here. Everything was as described and communication with the host was all timely. The area is comfortable to walk through even in the evenings (using common sense being in a city of course). We had everything we needed to enjoy eating 'at home' and the options for places to eat around the apartment were great.

Nice, quiet home base for a lovely Paris vacation

What a great find! The apartment is spacious and in a convenient location to the metro. It was quiet at night and quite comfortable. We spent every day out and about but really enjoyed our stay in the evenings. The rental group was communicative and friendly. We had a wonderful time!
