Quiet and spacious

This property is in a great location and easy to access. Very spacious inside. A little musty smell but assuming that’s because it has been locked up for several days. We asked for a 11:15 checkout time and we received a quick and accommodating response. We would stay here again.

Great location

So excited to enjoy our second stay but disappointed with the condition of the kitchen and dining area. Leftover food in refrigerator and on counters. Dishwasher with dirty dishes. Hair and crumbs on dining area floor and crumbs on seats of table chairs. Like the kitchen was no touched before we came. Needed to sweep before we felt comfortable. Sad that the cleaning person did not do their job. Will stay again based on our first stay in hopes that the cleaning person is more efficient. Thank you!

ALWAYS stay here!

We live about 8 hours away and always stay here! The ease of a keypad and having so much room when we visit our daughter and have a place she can come hang out with us and we can order in is the best. The communication is also 5 star. The beds are super comfy and the condo is alway stocked.

Responsive, Friendly Host

Tara was willing and able to help us with every need that arose. Including adding a pet after reserving, and helping us when our scheduled time period became dependent on unexpected events. We enjoyed the effective use of space in the room layouts.When we return to Manhattan, we hope to return here.

What a great find!! Fantastic all-around, better than the pictures and description! Our daughter uses a wheelchair (and has a helper dog), so the right-in-front parking and roll-in entry via the main door or patio door was great. Very quiet, spacious, lots of bath supplies, and great communication with manager for our special needs. Thank you!

Nice apartment

Great location, very quiet and peaceful. The apartment was very roomy and had everything we needed. The manager was very polite and accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

Very clean and welcoming. Outside balcony area not so much and was missing a can opener. Also was under the impression that washer and dryer wwas in unit but is not. Wish ZVRBO was more.upfront about additional fees. Would definitely stay again!

We care about the quality of the Heritage Suites and making our guests experience the best possible. When we do a new unit, it's painted, new flooring and carpet and quality furniture and amenities are carefully selected to make the guests stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. We make every effort to see that the unit functions as intended. We occasionally stay in the units ourselves to check that they have everything needed. We need you to call us if there is something not right.

Alan, Robert, Janice, and Mildred Lee started Lee construction in the 1950's. They were innovators in construction and built high quality. All of the floors have concrete used as sound insulation with additional sound insulation on the exterior walls. They are super quiet and very comfortable.

Heritage Ridge is located across from Cico Park. They have the county fair, Rodeo's, crafts fairs and the like. There is Country Stampede during the summer (great country music concert series at the lake). In addition, it's very convenient to the KSU Stadium.
