Come enjoy our newly renovated 1960's brick ranch house that is perfect for family or friend groups to gather. The modern aesthetic will have you unwinding in style, providing you a stress free space while you visit the Little Apple!

+ Sleep
The home features three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with two twin beds allowing the house to comfortably sleep 6 guests. The master bedroom features its own work space, smart TV and is attached to a half bath. The hallway bathroom is newly renovated a features a tub/shower.

+ Entertain
The kitchen is fully stocked with all cups, plates, cookware and bakeware that you would need to cook meals in. We also provide coffee, tea and hot chocolate to warm you up anytime of the day. We have a 50" TV perfect for everything from game day to movie night. The smart TV's are linked to our Netflix and Hulu accounts and provides a plethora of additional apps guests may sign into as well.

+ Logistics
The home is situated on a large corner lot. There is room for 2 cars in the driveway and ample street parking on either street. Our home is equipped with a keypad door lock and your code will be sent to you the day prior to check in.

We are available by the Airbnb messaging app and able to respond quickly should you need anything at all throughout your stay.

The house is in the center of a pleasant and safe residential neighborhood. On the east side of the neighborhood is the Via Christi Hospital and the K-State sports complex. Both the hospital and sports complex are a short walk from the house. To the west of the neighborhood (requiring less then a five minute drive) are Cico Park and two convenient shopping centers. Groceries and restaurants available at nearby West Loop Shopping center. It is less then a ten minute drive to anywhere else on the K-State Campus and Aggieville.

A car will be required to access most other destinations in the Manhattan area. Lyft and Uber are available in Manhattan.

Public transportation options pick up from near the hospital.

Our house is perfect for those traveling for K-State Athletics. We are a block and a half West of Bill Snyder Family Stadium, Bramlage Coliseum, the baseball field, soccer fields and more!

We are also a block and a half away from Via Christy Hospital for anyone needing a quiet, close place to stay while visiting loved ones.

There is a $500 deposit for the home. It is not charged to you upon booking, only reserved in the case of damage or theft. If something gets damaged or broken, please let us know and we will figure out a solution.

While we admire and appreciate fury friends, we do not allow them in our home. If this is an issue, we are happy to provide information on pet boarding as an alternative during your stay.

We have an outdoor/ outward facing camera on the property for your safety and to protect the house. In addition we have a decibel detector to ensure the noise from the house is not bothering neighbors.

Please note that if you cancel a booked reservation, and it is within the timeframe for a full refund, you will receive the refund minus the credit card processing fee of 2.9%.
