Internet access/Wifi. Enjoy the best of two worlds--the world of an active, five-star resort and one of a private, 3800-square-foot VILLA residence with its own outdoor pool and Jacuzzi spa overlooking the Marina waterway and luscious well-groomed gardens.

This three-bedroom villa has three-and-one-half baths located in a gated, 24-hour security guard area called Grand Marina Villas within the fabulous expanding five-star Paradise Village Beach and Spa Resort. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, flat wide-screen TV, DVD, radio alarm clock, phone, marbled shower, a separate Jacuzzi jetted tub, and its own covered patio deck. The second bedroom has a king size bed and its own TV, DVD, radio alarm clock, phone and its own full bath. The third bedroom has two double size beds, TV, DVD, radio alarm clock, phone and its own full bath. There is a full size kitchen with all appliances and utensils provided. The living room has a TV, DVD, Shaw direct satelite and CD player with the dining room leading to a second covered patio deck overlooking the marina. The villa is equipped with a washer and dryer with each bedroom having their own air conditioning and fan controls. The villa can comfortably sleep eight people.

Just steps from the villa is an air-conditioned shopping mall with fast food restaurants like Dominos and McDonald's, Starbucks, boutique shops, bank, medical facilities, internet cafes, specialty/gourmet restaurants, and even a grocery store. Only a short walk away, you will find the beach club, a miniature zoo, and miles of white ocean sandy beaches.

The resort has world-class spa facilities offering massages and health/beauty treatments and a state-of-the-art fitness center. The new Sport Center even has a childcare center with its own pool and recreation area. Golfing is available at nearby fabulous El Tigre Golf Course. There are several theme nights with live music, a daily list of activities, and even a disco. Tours can easily be arranged, and you are only a few miles away from a water park.

Downtown Puerto Vallarta is about a 20-minute boat or car taxi ride away and has many fine dining specialty shops and fun places to visit and enjoy.

Fabulous Everything you would want or need!!!

This property is amazing!!! It met every need and was beyond expectation. The kitchen was fully equipped! Bath essentials, laundry room etc. The floor plan was perfect! The condo was immaculate. Beautiful, clean, & quiet

This is our 2nd stay in Grand Marina Villas but our first time at Cristina's villa. Her villa is very well equipped with every appliance imaginable, kitchen cupboards are stocked with enough for 10+, even with small things such as salt, pepper, coffee filters, soap, laundry detergent etc to start your vacation without remembering all the little things you might need. Towels, bedding etc was all clean, new and lovely. Cristina was wonderful to deal with right from the beginning inquiry to the end of our stay, always answering all our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend her villa to anyone who is looking for a clean, spacious, and safe place to stay in Nuevo. We were a family of 4 with another family member coming along last minute, we had a tonne of privacy and space, and most times had the pool to ourselves. Will be coming back again!

This condo was excellent and offered all of the amenities you could ever need or want on vacation! Great for a family or individuals traveling together, this unit made it easy to relax and enjoy our time in Nuevo Vallarta. The owner was very responsive and the midweek cleaning was a nice bonus! Thank you Cristina for a great place to call home during our trip!!

Lovely place to vacation.

We just returned from a lovely time at Cristina's condo. I can't say enough good things about Grand Marina villas, and the condo. Our two little granddaughters loved the fact that they could go straight from the patio to the pool. We found every possible appliance in the kitchen, lovely comfy beds and spacious bathrooms. The complex is quiet no crowds in the pool, feels very secure, thanks to Antonio at the gate. We shall be back Cristina!.

Absolutely perfect!

We can't say enough good things about Cristina's condo. It is large, clean, very well equipped and very comfortable. The kitchen is large enough to have 5-6 people working in it and not get in each other's way. The unit has WIFI and direct TV. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, balcony and TV. We felt very safe with Antonio and Eddie at the gate who also were very helpful. The pool is heated, a good size and only about 50 feet from the patio. The beach is about a 10 minute easy walk away. To access the beach club you need to buy a membership. It was about $50 per person for a month. Cristina was great, always quick to respond to our questions and emails. Thanks Cristina for making our winter escape so enjoyable and relaxing.

Beautiful Mexico Vacation Retreat

The pictures posted here don't do this property justice. It is ten times more beautiful, clean and peaceful than described. We have rented this location several times because we were looking for the best of both worlds; quiet, peaceful tranquiity and action (restaurants, shopping, STARBUCKS is just steps away!) close enough that we wouldn't need to travel far to get to it. Cristina's home is perfectly maintained, decorated tastefully and equipped with everything we needed in our home away from home. Excellent for families (there's two pools right outside your doorstep, one of which is just for tots!) and the beach club is just steps away with a pool, beach access and delicious food. Excellent for a romantic getaway (go in July and enjoy the lightning show just outside the master bedroom window above the marina! WOW!) The staff/office is located directly across the street and always helpful with information or answers when we need it. Thank you Cristina for extending your home to our family. We look forward to staying here again and again!

This Villa is beautiful a...

This Villa is beautiful and the location is ideal. The Grand Marina property is a clean well maintained complex with friendly and helpful staff. This unit is perfectly located with close access to the pool and it does not face the sun so it stays cool and comfortable. It is well equipped to cook great meals and the beds are excellent. High speed internet and plasma TV's are an added bonus.The owner Cristina made our stay great and we can't wait to book with her again!!

Why they chose this property

In 2006 when I visited Puerto Vallarta for the first time, I fell in love with it. I immediately wanted to get a place here. I visited many properties for sale but I fell in love with Grand Marina Villas because of its beauty, security and accessibility to everything. It is very peaceful and at the same time when I feel like a more active atmosphere with music, good food, etc. downtown Puerto Vallarta is only 15 minutes away.
