This charming Cape Cod cottage is located in a quiet Truro bayside neighborhood. Situated on 1+ acres, the property features hammocks under the pines, large wrap around deck overlooking gardens and grape arbor, and outdoor shower. The cottage has been completely renovated and includes 2 bedrooms (2 queen beds, ), full bath, kitchen, and living room, on main level and 1 bedroom (2 twin beds) and hang out room on lower level. Located 1 mile from Corn Hill Bay Beach, walk to Castle Hill Arts Center, 2.5 miles to beautiful Ballston ocean beach. 10 miles to Provincetown, 5 miles to Wellfleet.

Great location, cute cottage with all you need

This is my 2nd visit to "Charming Cape Cottage in Truro". So you know it's good when there's repeat guests! The beds are quality, the decor is beachy and cute, and everything is clean. The space is perfect for families who want to get together and also have some alone time. Truro and the National Seashore area are beautiful! Highly Recommend!

Quiet, beautiful property

The house is clean, very well stocked with everything you’d need and the location is very quiet and nice. The yard was a great time with my kids, the grill and deck were nice and the finished basement was a big plus. Would recommend and stay again. Thank you!

Wonderful place to spend a week on the Cape

The cottage made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the spacious courtyard. The AC units in each bedroom and in the living room were a big plus. We hope we can come back next year.

Peaceful Cape Oasis

This is a beautiful cottage. It’s comfortable and well equipped. The yard, though, is just amazing. Our 3yo granddaughter ate blueberries and blackberries from the branches. She was in good competition with the birds and chipmunks. The gardens are lovely with little areas to sit in the shade. And the beaches, of course, are just minutes away. We stayed for 2 weeks and it was wonderful!

Lovely house and plenty of space to relax!

It was a perfect house, big enough for a family of five. Best place to relax and read is on the hammocks. Fully stocked. Close to several beaches. Owner was very responsive. Would visit again and definitely recommend.

Lovely home!

We had a lovely time at Drayden’s home. Loved the woods setting, we saw lots of animals. It was so quiet. The home was nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable! The teenagers hung out and slept in the basement and it was nice that they had their own space. The home had everything we could have needed and the location was great. We would love to stay here again next year!

Ideal Truro Location

This is our second year at this property and we love the location next to Snow's field as well as proximity to central Truro, Corn Hill and the ocean beaches. Ideal!

Wonderful vacation !

We loved the cottage! It’s in a very quiet and peaceful location for relaxing. It had everything we needed for a relaxing week away from it all. The only thing missing was an ironing board and iron. Not a big deal . We hope to return next year!

Sweet cottage with charm

The house is decorated nicely with lovely colors and artwork. The two bedrooms each have very comfortable beds. It's a great place for two friends to stay. The location is perfect, halfway between Wellfleet and Provincetown with access to many beaches and ponds.

Nice spot near the bay and the ocean

Conveniently located, close to Rt 6 but off the beaten path. Fun decor, the kitchen has everything you could need to cook and my family enjoyed the game cupboard immensely!

Our 2 week stay

My family and I loved this home. The whole rental process was quick and easy and the owner was very kind and accommodating. It is tucked away in a quiet area of Truro but still close enough to both bayside and oceanside beaches, Wellfleet and Provincetown. I highly recommend this property and hope to stay again in the future!

Very detail of this lovely home is thoughtfully maintained. From the beautiful mosaic art to the lovely outdoor sitting areas, it was clear to us that this house is well loved and cherished by the owners. We hope we are fortunate enough to return next year for longer. Thank you Drayden for a lovely an memorable time.

Great location and comfortable!

Very nicely kept cottage and renters were easy to work with! Excellent location and we felt right at home! Love the outdoor shower and beds were very very comfortable! We would stay here again!

Just perfect

Very comfortable for our family of four. Loved all the outdoor spaces so we could easily have alone time if need be. The house comes with everything: beach chairs, comfy beds, hammock, outdoor shower and complete quiet at night.

Tranquil retreat

The pictures do not do this place justice. It is such a quiet, peaceful spot and yet just a few turns off rt6 so it's easy to take day trips. The artwork inside highlights the natural beauty of the surrounding area. We loved it. We were 2 adults traveling with a 6 yr old and we were all very comfortable. The baseball/soccer field adjacent to the backyard was a great option when the little one needed to run off some energy. I was a little worried about the no A/C but we would have only used it on one of the nights. And the TV room in the basement was always cool and comfortable. In general it was bright and breezy and very comfortable in the cottage. It's a gem!

A great choice for your get away!

We traveled with our three kids 19, 15, and 12. Truro has been our vacation destination forever- but this year we didn't get our usual house. It felt like a gamble to choose something we had no knowledge of so we all had our reservations. We were not disappointed!! Unlike other rentals- this one is just as cute as the pictures indicate (no false advertising!). The owner was easy to contact and responsive to our questions and clarifications as our rental date approached. The cape house was pleasant, cozy, inviting and comfortable for the five of us. The large basement gave the kids a place to "hang out", the central location made it easy to get to the beaches, restaurants, and other places. Having wifi was a real plus since we all can't seem to travel without our laptops and internet hungry gadgets anymore (sigh). And cable tv/DVD was a plus on those evenings when we just wanted to crash or watch a ball game. Everyone's favorite feature was the outdoor shower! The house in a very private, wooded area near the baseball park. Our only wish was that linens and towels would be provided- we could have easily washed them in the provided washer/dryer so that they were ready for the next renters. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great home-base in a fun area.

Great Spot !

The house was all we could have hoped for! It was recently updated with fresh paint, new floors,etc. A great private spot with hammocks among the trees that allowed us to relax - and yet close enough to Truro and P-Town and some great beaches! It was great to go out onto the ball field and play some ball and let the kids run around. We recommend it highly ! !

4 Try works Road cottage is located in a quiet out of the way parcel of land. It's back yard abuts the Truro recreation fields large enough to encompass a softball field and 2 soccer fields. The home has beautiful wild flowers growing in the back yard and a grapevine arbor. A short bike ride to Corn Hill beach or drive to Ballston beach with out fighting traffic on Rt. 6. 10 minutes drive to Provincetown or Wellfleet harbor.
