About this property

Immaculate condo. Direct Oceanfront - 2nd floor. Breathtaking Views.

Our Family has been vacationing on Hilton Head Island for over 20 years. Over those years we have created unforgettable memories such as fishing, dolphin watching, walking /bike riding to many spectacular places. A great place to relax and enjoy the views of the awesome beach. We have stayed at the Breakers units on many occasions. It is by far one of our favorite places to stay when vacationing here. What makes the Breaker’s Villas different than others is the close proximity to dining, shopping, entertainment, and the beach. A few short steps across the parking area you will find fabulous restaurants and shopping, and a few short steps the other way in the opposite direction you will step into beautiful waters of the Atlantic ocean.

After many years, the opportunity presented itself for our family to purchase one of these oceanfront villas. We could not walk away from the chance to make one of these our own.

Our villa at 236 Breakers is located on the second floor and the view of the ocean is completely Breathtaking. There have been few experiences in our life that compare to our family vacations at this beach!

We invite you and your family to visit and create your own memories. We can facilitate weekly and monthly rentals. (Snowbirds are welcome with great discounts). We will try to accommodate any reasonable request. We offer a 25% discount for monthly rentals. However, only weekly rentals are accepted from the first of March through the end of October. All other rental requests will be considered so don't hesitate to ask.

Some Amenities include: Pool, new washer and dryer, cable TV, linens, towels, dish towels, new stove, new microwave, new refrigerator, new dishwasher, new toaster, all new utensils, new furniture, one king size bed with one folding bed and two air mattresses.

We take pride in keeping our unit clean. Cleanliness is our main goal and we will strive to meet every need you possibly have.

Location, location, location!

This condo is great. Across the street from Coligny Plaza so you can walk to dinner and shopping every day. Love sitting on the balcony and listening to the ocean. This was our 3rd stay here for our annual Spring golfing trip and we hope to return next year.
