First the pros:1. Beautiful ocean front view. I loved going out in the morning before sunrise to see the moon and Venus and then the sun rise. Spent much time on the balcony.2. Comfortable living room furniture although the living room was hot since no ceiling fan. There was a box fan provided though so that helped.3. Fully equipped kitchen.4. Large shower with grab bar and plenty of counter space at the sink.5. Lots of closet/storage space.Now the cons:1. Fridge froze my salad greens so that was a waste of money. I did not see where to adjust the fridge temperature and it did not make a difference if the greens were on the top shelf or the bottom so two containers of salad were ruined.2. I have never stayed anywhere that did not have at least some dish detergent in the kitchen and hand soap in the bathroom. There was a completely empty bottle of dish detergent in the kitchen and a 1/4 bottle of water in the soap container in the bath. I had to go out and buy dish detergent which I used in the kitchen and bath.3. Hair dryer was worthless. It did not blow enough air to dry anything. I had to go out and buy a hair dryer.4. As someone else pointed out, a hand held sprayer would greatly improve the shower. 5. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Also, the thin sheets did not fit over the mattress/topper so they were constantly bunched up under you. 6.
