About this property

"Little House" Downtown Adorable.

Built in 1930 for railroad personnel this little bungalow is close to downtown and its wonderful venues, the U of A or Community Center. Easy access to the freeway Interstate I-10 and Aviation Highway makes it easy to get to the East side of Tucson as well as anywhere in Tucson. Very secure walled in yard off street parking. Inside is a cozy Retro-Mod style living. The Old School Charm with all the modern amenities needed for a pleasant stay.

Why they chose this property

When I bought this house it was to be near my Musician friends as well as I just loved the neighborhood. It was is sad shape then but it was a labor of Love to bring it to where it is today. I'm always making improvements to fit the guests I am receiving.
