Surround yourself with soothing, comfortable decor and enjoy the local music posters from northern Arizona s premiere performing arts and entertainment venue, the Orpheum Theater. You are sure to see one of your musical favorites! Located just 3 blocks north of historic downtown Flagstaff and surrounded by homes listed in the National Historical Register, there is no need for a car but one is recommended if you would like to explore Northern Arizona. Fine dining, entertainment, galleries, and shopping are all just a short walk or bike from this studio. You will instantly feel like a part of the neighborhood, making it hard to say to say goodbye to Flagstaff!

The "Music Studio" is located in historic downtown Flagstaff on the highly desirable North Leroux Street. You are within easy walking distance to many local eateries, galleries, and shopping, as well as Flagstaff s live music and entertainment scene with nightly shows. Downtown Flagstaff has something to offer each and every individual, creating a unique experience for all that visit!

For those who love the outdoors, we are in very close proximity to biking and walking trails, and are a great location for taking day trips to hike, fish, climb, mountain bike, ride horses, ski/snow board and explore. Flagstaff is a central location from which to visit Sedona, Jerome, the Grand Canyon, Wupatki, Sunset Crater and Walnut Crater National Monuments, and many other beautiful locations.

We are close to the train station and the bus line. There are places to rent bikes close by and taxi services and rental cars are readily available. Ask us and we will point you in the right direction!

The space is furnished with a n electric range and oven, microwave, toaster oven and refrigerator for storing and heating up all those delicious leftovers from Flagstaff s yummy restaurants. There are also plates, cups, utensils and general pantry items. A boom box is provided so you can jam to your own tunes or we some some bootleg cassette tapes if you forgot to bring your own music!

As Property Manager of the "Music Studio", I will make myself available to you in order to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Creating a truly memorable experience from start to finish for you makes my day and is what I set out to do with each guest.
