Welcome To Magnolia Blossom Villa! South Facing Pool in Prime Location.

-PLEASE NOTE RATES DO NOT INCLUDE POOL/SPA HEAT OR USE OF THE BBQ. YOU MAY ELECT OPTIONAL HEAT FOR $31 PER DAY ($35.19 WITH TAX) AND/OR USE OF THE BBQ WITH 1 TANK OF PROPANE FOR $65 PLUS TAX WHICH WILL BE BILLED LATER WITH A SPECIAL INVOICE. These rates are for an electronic payment or check, if paid thru VRBO or by credit card the rate is slightly higher due to fees involved.

-All guests must be age 25+ or with parents unless we have have granted permission otherwise.
- Use of the home DOES NOT include using the electricity to plug in or charge an electric vehicle (EV). If you will have an EV at the property it cannot be plugged in at the property unless prior arrangements have been made. The resort has charging stations for EV's.
-Located in Windsor Hills, our recently updated villa is a short drive away from all of the Orlando attractions.
-We provide the best vacation experience in a home that is completely equipped with every comfort in mind. There are six spacious bedrooms, two Ensuite, along with a game room and sunshine filled pool-spa. The pool area has a wall mounted smart TV and 2 ceiling fans to enhance your outdoor experience.

Windsor Hills is the premier villa location in the Disney area and it features many on-site facilities to add to your holiday fun, including small cinema, putting green, basketball court, tennis courts, gym, and communal pool with water slides and splash pad - all free with your booking! It is also adjacent to the beautiful Mystic Dunes Golf Course as well as being within a short drive of numerous other acclaimed golf courses.

Despite its peaceful location, Windsor Hills is located just a few minutes' drive from countless restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The main I-4 interstate is also close by, providing easy access to the shopping malls and other key Florida attractions such as Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Center, Silver Springs and the fantastic beaches of both coastlines, as well as Orlando International Airport, which is just 30 minutes away.

The house is really nice and roomy as advertised. Unfortunately, i felt like a teenage kid watching my parents' house... We went to Disney only to come back to 8 text messages about parking, most to do with a vehicle that belonged to another house. I understand the resort has rules and i am not blaming the owners for making sure their guest follow them, but it just felt a little much!

The house was absolutely perfect for our vacation! The kids had a blast in the game room and the pool. There were so many thoughtful amenities included that made our stay even more enjoyable. We were pleasantly delighted to find a crib and several baby items available when we arrived. The host was so helpful accommodating a last minute change on the drivers for our arrival as well. The themed bedrooms were a huge hit with the kids, and my little girl is already begging for a princess carriage bed like this one. We had so much fun and would definitely consider staying here again!

The house was Great! Plenty of room for our family of 10. Having the pool and hot tub in the back yard was so nice. Well worth the money to be heated, although, unless you grill quite a few times, we found that was just not worth the cost. The resort pool gave our littles a great deal of fun and activities to do and never have leave property. A few hiccups at check in, but Darcy was quick to respond and resolve the problems. Highly recommend this home for your stay in the Orlando area

We stayed here for two weeks. The place was great. It had everything we needed and the location was excellent. We liked the amenities and even did some crafts at the kids club in the main building. The pool and hot tub were great. A perfect trip!
