Our guests rave about our CORNER LOT on Teascone with lots of outdoor lawn space for the kiddos and a playground right across the street. Just a short walk down Pawnall is ANOTHER large playground with a common area large enough for a game of kickball!

Our PRIVATE LANAI offers outdoor dining and a private pool with a heated spill-over spa. The pool safety gate can be easily removed in sections for limited or full access to the pool.
A 6-burner propane grill is provided at no additional charge (guest is responsible for cleaning prior to departure)
An outdoor dining table and chairs provide seating for 6. Two poolside lounge chairs are perfect for lingering in the sunshine. Pool towels are provided on-site for use during your stay.

RARE FIND: Being a corner lot, this property has additional yard space which can be used to play lawn games. We are also located directly across from one of several playgrounds at Windsor Hills, with another one right behind our house!

OPEN FLOOR PLAN:
The downstairs open floor plan includes the kitchen, dining area, and family room that opens out to the outdoor living area.

The large, fully equipped kitchen has a high-top table with seating for four. The adjoining dining area has table seating for six. A complimentary high chair is provided at no additional charge.
The renovated garage offers an amazing THEATER experience with Dolby Surround Sound, 96" TV, and theater seating for 8. Here your group will also enjoy several family-friendly games like Air Hockey, Foosball, and the PS5 Gaming Console.

ALL BEDROOMS include a Ceiling Fan; extra pillows; extra blanket; Smart TV; wastebasket; and private access to a bathroom.

EACH BATHROOM INCLUDES: Bath and hand towels, washcloths, blow-dryer (king and queen rooms), toilet paper, hand soap, bath soap, and travel size shampoo/conditioner.

POOL/SPA HEAT: Required during cooler months. Heating Fee is $35 per day. (Note: The heater will not function when air temps are below 50 degrees)

OUTDOOR PROPANE GRILL:
Provided at no additional charge to our guests. We ask that you clean the grill prior to departure to avoid a $50 cleaning charge.
