Spacious master bedroom and bathroom with separate tub from shower and walk-in closet. Split floor plan allows for privacy with 3 bedrooms on other side. Warm cozy fireplace in living room. Fenced backyard with covered patio and child's playhouse. Home includes washer/dryer, TV in Living room & Master Bedroom.
Minimum stay is 30 days and can stay longer. Relocation discount and community tour available.
Note: 4th bedroom is a trundle bed that should only hold 100lbs or less on one of the the 2 metal twin frames.

Lovely home in a peaceful neighborhood

We visited the area to see family who live in Meridian. We lucked out in finding this wonderful property because it was a spacious, updated, affordably priced home and as a bonus, our family lives in the neighborhood! We will absolutely be booking this home again when we return because the owners were very communicative and friendly and all aspects of the home were as good as the listing or better!

Great home bring your family together!

Clean home, comfortable beds. We met our adult children there to celebrate our youngest graduation from BSU and it was a great home to gather in. BBQ outside worked great. Big table to eat at, wonderful large sofa for movie night. Quiet family neighborhood!

PERFECT STAY!

This home exceeded our expectations and provided a wonderfully comfortable, well-equipped home-base while visiting Idaho family. New carpet, beautiful appliances, comfortable beds, and an adorable playhouse out back where my grandkids played for hours. Perfect place for a family visit

Came to Boise with my 3 sisters to celebrate my niece’s pregnancy! The house was open with all of the comforts of home. The neighborhood is beautiful as well. Denise, the owner, responded to any questions we had. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing Trip!!

We live in California and decided to leave for a week due to the ongoing fires. We didn’t want to rent a hotel for a week especially because our children are having to do distance-learning and my husband works from home so we knew we needed a larger property while traveling. Denise and Joe who own this property are amazing! They made the whole process seamless for us. The home is so incredibly clean and has everything you could possibly need and more. Meridian is beautiful and we will definitely be back! If you are looking to visit Meridian I highly recommended this property.

This is a clean beautiful home in an attractive and quiet subdivision. It's in a great location, we felt safe and the neighbors are very friendly. I would love to stay here again! The beds were firm and comfortable. we used our own pillows. No shoes on new carpet...perfect! We love it! Thank you for your hospitality! The extra touches make you feel welcome!

Like staying at your best friends home

Our first time using VRBO. We are usually the hotel type but we were going to meet up with our friends so have this a try instead of renting a couple of hotel rooms. Skeptical about feeling weird about staying in a strangers home but thus was not that at all. We felt as if we were staying at our best friends house. When moving to Idaho, we spent countless hours researching schools, activities and neighborhoods throughout Boise and surrounding cities. While exploring our treasure valley, we grew to love Idaho even more than we had expected & assist our clients in relocating to Idaho.
