You’re going to love this refurbished home with all brand new furnishings. It’s conveniently located near the airport rental cars and Las Vegas Blvd. with close and easy freeway access.
The space
This truly is a beautiful 3100 square-foot home with lots of space. The house is fully equipped with everything you may need. Fully stocked kitchen. All the shower towels hand towels and face cloths you could possibly use. It also comes with your own personal shampoo bottles conditioner and hand soap. The house is equipped with seven televisions. A pool table. Foos ball table. And a dartboard. Even a few other surprises to keep you entertained.
Guest access
Guests will be given the door code and Wi-Fi password a day or two before their arrival.
Other things to note
The pool is heated April through October. Spa is heated year around no charge. The rest of the year there’s a $300 charge to heat the pool for the duration of your stay.

There is a doorbell camera and a driveway camera.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
