 Recent seaside villa facing south of around 120 m2 3 mins walk from the beaches and along the coastal path.

The house is ideally located in the wooded area of Saint-Marc sur Mer, a village known in particular for hosting the filming of Jacques Tati's film "Les Vacances de Monsieur Hulot" which gave its name to the famous beach in the village.

The Villa is located along the coast, in a peaceful path which directly joins the coastal path, close to shops and the market town of Saint-Marc -sur-mer (about 1.5 km), and only a few kilometers from La Baule, Sainte-Marguerite, Pornichet, Guérande, Le Croisic, the Wild Coast, Saint-Nazaire and the Brière marsh…

The property benefits from an enclosed garden with trees of around 1100 m2.

The coastal path leads to several beaches and small coves, just a few minutes' walk from the property.

The Villa is on two levels and composed of a large living / dining room with open kitchen, three bedrooms (2 bedrooms on ground floor and 1 bedroom upstairs), two bathrooms (one independent and one ensuite with a bedroom) , two toilets on the ground floor (one independent), a large south-facing terrace in front of the house overlooking the garden and a second terrace upstairs (about 15 m2) facing south with views of the sea and the estuary.

The Villa is ideal for family holidays, accommodating around 6 people.

Sehr schön

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem schönen Haus und der tollen Umgebung sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Das Haus ist schön hell und luftig und uneinsehbar. Dazu ist es sehr gut ausgestattet - uns fehlte nichts. In der Umgebung sind in nächster Nähe sehr schöne Strände.

Wunscherschöner Garten in toller Umgebung. Uns haben die Auflagen für die Gartenmöbel und Liegen gefehlt. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sonst modern. Details, wie kein Licht im Backofen, defekter Dampfgarer sind zu verschmerzen. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Propriété paisible, pleine de charme. L'agencement des lieux permet de disposer d'espaces différents, décorés avec goût. L'intérieur de la maison invite à la convivialité, et les grandes baies vitrées, prolongent nos regards sur des extérieurs verdoyants, permettant, en soirée, par beau temps, de profiter du ciel étoilé. La région est pleine de charme, sans parler des ballades sur la plage. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de ce Noël et de l'accueil discret et chaleureux de la voisine.

Beautiful place to stay. Like being at home

This house is a lovely place to stay. Lot of space and light. Great view from the upper patio, nice place to sit on the lower patio. Furnishings and kitchenware are of nice quality. In just a few minutes walk you'll find all kinds bays and beaches. From small, rocky to large and sandy with lots of space. The contact with Sébastien was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and wouldn't hesitate to return. It quickly felt like being at home.

Beautiful place

We had a fantastic stay! We’re traveling with two kids (0 and 3) and the house, garden and nearby beach (5 min walk) are simply amazing. The house itself feels new, clean and very well planned. More than enough space for us despite all the stuff bringing for a toddler and a baby. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped which we appreciated cooking ourselves. The garden is big and encouraged exploring for our 3-year old who spent hours smelling the flowers and playing hide and seek. 5 minutes nearby there is a small beach, which is a real gem especially for small kids. Often there is no wind given it’s facing east. Our host Sébastien was very kind to check in on us and we had no issues whatsoever, but I had a genuine feeling if anything would have been wrong it would have been fixed immediately. Would definitely recommend and we’re coming back!

Spacious property in a great location

We stayed in Villa Port Charlotte for 6 nights. It was easy to find and very well equipped. Quiet area outside to enjoy and plenty of hot water. Having a washing machine was a real bonus. Beds were reasonably comfortable but the mattress protectors kept moving which was a little annoying. The owner Sébastien was extremely helpful.

Avons passe 3 nuits dans cette location, et nous étions 2 couples. Location très fonctionnelle et très agréable. Avons beaucoup appréciés la cuisine ouverte sur le salon salle à manger qui donne sur la baie vitrée et la terrasse. Quel plaisir de profiter de cette terrasse ensoleillée toute la journée. A l'extérieur, coin repas, salon de jardin et barbecue. C'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons dans cette location.

Super localisation

Très agréable séjour avec la mer à moins de 5 minutes à pied. (petites criques très agréables et peu fréquentées). Les 2 grandes plages et le marché sont accessibles aussi à pied (environ 20 minutes à pied). La maison est au calme et tout équipée. C'est aussi un lieu idéal pour visiter la région. Guérande, la Baule, la Brière sont à moins de 20minutes de voiture.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Wir haben als Familie mit 2 Kindern zwei wunderbar entspannende Wochen in St Marc sur mer verbracht. Das Haus war bestens ausgestattet und ging weit über das übliche, notwenige hinaus. Besonders gut hat uns die hübsche Terasse unten mit Blick in den Garten und Schatten am Abend sowie die Dachterasse mit Blick auf das Meer gefallen.

il est possible de tout faire sans la voiture en partant de la maison qui est très facile à vivre même par temps de pluie avec des enfants(dommage que le forfait ménage soit le même pour deux nuits ou une semaine)

3 jours passés en famille avec 4 adultes et 4 enfants, bien accueillis par Christine. La maison est bien placée, à 2 pas d'une crique pour mettre les pieds dans l'eau et chercher les crabes dans les rochers. Tout est prévu, terrasse en haut et en bas, barbecue. On a une vue sur la mer de la terrasse du haut. A recommander sans hésiter.
