Close to the beach, downtown, the landscaped park, and—in the summer—the sailing club, come enjoy the peace and quiet and the sea air. Climb a few steps to reach the front door of our 120-square-meter 1930s family home, which we’re happy to share with you. The open-plan home spans three levels. On the raised first floor—which ensures your privacy—you’ll notice upon entering the small garden, sheltered from the wind and prying eyes, accessible from the kitchen as well as via the ground-level, south-facing terrace with unobstructed views. You’ll enjoy the fireplace in winter, and on sunny days, the light in the large, open-concept living area (35 m² dining-living room) opening onto the sheltered terrace and connecting to the fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso machine). There is also a separate toilet. On the first floor, a landing leads to a master suite with a 160-bed and a bathroom (bathtub) and toilet, followed by a bedroom with a 140-bed. On the second floor, there is a large bedroom with two 90-cm beds, as well as a bathroom with a sink and shower. The Guérande salt marshes, La Brière, Pornichet, and La Baule are all within a 15-minute drive. There are also plenty of bike paths for exploring the region.
