Beautiful, Clean, and Spacious Townhome

Newley renovated and beautifully decorated two story townhome with 3 bedrooms , (all beds are queen size) 2 and a half bathrooms. Clean, all new furniture. Washer and dryer in unit. Screened in lanai and fenced in outside area. Great location three miles from Fort Myers Beach. Also close to Sanibel and Captiva Islands. This is in the Robins Roost section of Peppertree Pointe which has a swimming pool, marina, pier, private beach, tennis courts, mile long walking path. Several restaurants within walking distance. Also included: Propane grill, Bikes, beach towels, pool/beach toys, floaties, a collapsible wagon for transporting your stuff to the beach, 4 beach chairs, coffee maker, WiFi, cable, blow dryer, 2 TV’s, beach towels, iron w/ iron board and other items.

We had a great time here. Warm weather and a great heated pool was awesome. Lots of paths to walk on in the neighborhood so we could enjoy the mornings out and about. Anything you would need is here or very close by. Easy to contact owners when I needed to. Great place.

Great location!

The Unit was great for us. We went to the beach a lot and golfed a lot. We were within 15 - 20 minutes from beach's and golf courses. The unit was clean and furnished with everything you would need. The pool was a few steps out the door. We had a couple friends who live in Fla. come over and they liked the place as well. The only draw back was the parking. Assigned spots would be a big help! Other than that, the place was great.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Super clean. Owners were fantastic. My kids loved the pool and the location can’t be beat. We’re already planning our next trip. Book it if you get the chance!!

Clean place and in good area of town

My husband and kids stayed there and said it was nice and roomy. Pool needed to be cleaned and grass needed to be cut but inside was nice. Owners were great to work with through this crazy time of Covid. They were very flexible. My family’s flight kept getting delayed and they didn’t arrive until 3:30am. They were very understanding. We would stay again.

Sunny Florida

Our stay in sunny Florida was all we hoped for and more. Myself and 3 girl friends spent the month of February in sunshine & blue skies. We had a heated pool just outside our condo unit. The unit was equiped with everything we needed. It was also spacious, immaculate, and conveniently located to activities, shopping and dining. Our hosts, Laura and John, were easlily accessible for any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Klein und sauber.

Grundsätzlich ist das Haus sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Küchenausstattung fanden wir allerdings sehr dürftig, was die Anzahl der Teller, Tassen und Gläser anbelangt und sonstiger Küchenutensilien. Der Geschirrspüler ist nicht richtig eingebaut und kommt einem beim Befüllen komplett entgegen. Der Tisch und die Stühle auf der Terrasse sind alles andere als komfortabel. Ansonsten aber gibt es unsererseits keinerlei Beanstandungen und wir würden es dennoch weiterempfehlen.

This place was just perfect for our family of four— clean and comfortable, had everything we needed while there, plus beach towels, umbrellas, cooler etc. Convenient to groceries and to all the area beaches and nature preserves.

Clean well kept property.

The condo was very clean and updated. Location was perfect. Close to Sanibel, and a number of restaurants are close by also and within walking distance! We spent a lot of time relaxing in the Lanai and at the pool which is literally 10 steps out the front door! A couple of things to note, We couldn’t find potholders in the kitchen which could be our fault for not looking around enough. And as the previous review said parking can be an issue. We did not have an issue, but they do have assigned parking spots but none are labeled except the one of them which is the spot that we were told to park in and had a different condo number on it. One of the permanent residents said they are working on labeling all spots. Overall it was a super nice condo and would recommend staying there.

Hi, We live in Chicago and always wanted to have a townhome in sunny Florida. My husband and I are still working and have some time before we retire. My husband is a Chicago Fireman and I work at a non for profit organization.

Why they chose this property

As soon as we saw this townhome we knew this was the one. I liked that it is 2 stories so you can have some privacy. Also all the furnishings were brand new and so beautifully decorated when we purchased it. Our property is located in Peppertree association. Nice area to take a stroll especially walking to the long pier where you can watch the sunset or even fish. We are 3 miles from Fort Myers Beach. Close to Sanibel and Captiva Islands.
