With three levels of living space, there's plenty of room for the whole family to stretch out. Take in the views and the fresh alpine air from either of the two balconies. This cozy retreat offers all the comforts of home and more, including a floor heater and a wood-burning fireplace—perfect for warming up after a day of outdoor adventure. Located near excellent cross-country skiing trails, hiking paths, and biking routes, there's no shortage of activities to enjoy both indoors and out.
The kitchen features a brand-new dishwasher for your convenience, making cleanup a breeze. Unwind in the living area with a smart TV where you can log in to your favorite streaming services. On-site entertainment includes a foosball table, dartboard, and a variety of board games for guests of all ages.
Located at the top of Hyak Estates near the base of Hyak Sno-Park, there are trails leading to Nordic skiing and a sledding hill. For downhill skiing, the Rampart Ski Lift on Summit East is a short walk away. Silver Fir and Summit Central are less than a mile away, and Alpental is just under five miles away. During the summer, there are numerous trailheads for amazing hikes through the forest or to pristine lakes.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
