CASA MONTIは、味と愛でかろうじて改装された60平方メートルのアパートです！ 古い構造とモダンで快適なレイアウトとの共生を生み出しました。樽型の丸天井はデザイナーのキッチンと対照的です。
アパートは19世紀後半の建物の5階にあります。 屋上では、アクセス可能な共用テラスから街の素晴らしい景色を眺めることができます。
モンティ地区は本物の地区で、活気に満ちており、とてもおしゃれです。

2015年以降、観光税の支払いは義務付けられています。最初の10日間は、大人1人あたり1日5ユーロです。 この税は到着時に現金で（領収書で）支払われ、ローマの自治体に完全に支払われます。

The apartment is in a fabulous location, clean and comfortable. Elena was a lovely host - the check in instructions were easy to understand and worked like a charm, she even supplying us with some pastries on our arrival. She was very communicative and solved the one problem we had in a timely and efficient manner.

This is a great location, the apartment was well equipped and clean including the espresso coffee included along with several glass water bottles in the refrigerator.Elena the host was always there to answer our needs, it should be noted that all communication is done by What’s App !She arranged our pick up at the Airport and also arranged to the Cruise Port all exceptional and friendly drivers !There is lots of information left on the table for review, we took her advise and went to the nearby restaurants suggest, all a short walk, literally around the corner.Great location, close to a supermarket and the hop on hop off bus .

Perfect size for our family and great location. Really quiet apartment which is a must, but not always easy to find in the city. Loved the rooftop deck. If we make it back to Rome, we’d definitely stay here again.

Excellent well situated apartment

If you wanting an excellent base to visit all the sites of Rome look no further.The host Elena was fantastic all through the booking process and when we arrived and then our departure arranging a tranfer to the airport due to a national strike in Rome.Thank you very much Elena.The apartment is very spacious, beautifully designed and very very clean, with everything you would need for a comfortable stay including maps of Rome a very nice touch.The area has 2 little local restaurants within a 1 minute walk both serve excellent local food. The owner of La Forchetta d'Oro was really nice and kept bring us free puddings.Really great stay 5 star all the way.

A peacefull place in hectic Rome

We enjoyed our stay in Elena's apartment. We did not meet Elena, though we were welcomed by two nice, friendly people. Instructions to enter were clear, apartment had everything we needed. A nice addition is the possibility to go up to the roof and enjoy a view of Rome from the top of the building. We would certainly recommend you to book this place for your stay, particularly when travelling by train, because of the proximity of Roma Termini and most important Roman sites (Colosseum, Via Sacra, etc.).

Nice experience

Wonderful property; excellent location; we were able to walk to Trevi Colosseum; Spanish Steps; and many fine restaurants, Elena stayed in contact with us before and during our trip and answered any questions we had during our stay: we would definitely recommend this property and look forward to coming back next year

Close to everything!

Great stay in Rome

Property was exactly as described and quite nice. The elevator was a pleasant surprise as we must have missed that part when booking. There were beautiful treats in the refrigerator and our stay was perfect. Thank you!

Great location

The apartment is close to the train station as well as the Colosseum. You can walk to most of the sites within Rome. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you would need. Check in was easy. I would recommend staying here.

Great stay!

The place was clean and checkin was easy with instruction. There is a small elevator to use if you can’t do stairs. The location was very close to the train station and walking distance from most attractions- would highly recommend!
