This place was beautiful and very clean. Candida responded quickly. We had everything we needed. The view was spectacular! We loved sitting out on the rooftop deck. We would definitely stay there again if we are back in Rome!

The property owner was great. Communication prior to arrival could not have been better. Nikki who met us upon arrival to help with luggage and show us around the property was also great. There are two small flights of stairs we were not expecting but did not impact our stay. Awesome rooftop and view.

Loved our stay!!! Check in was a breeze and loved the elevator. Well Lou loved the elevator most!!!! The patio did not disappoint and the cafe near us was such a treat and made our stay even more authentic. We would highly recommend to my friends and family.

We enjoyed our stay. We watched both the sunrise & the sunset from the wonderful terrace. The location was walkable to almost all of our adventures. The air conditioning was a welcome relief after our hot walks around the streets of Rome. We would definitely stay here again & highly recommended it!

We stayed for several days, and what a great apartment! The location is fantastic, just steps from the Colosseum and Roman Forum. The highlight was the huge 6th-floor private balcony, which is all yours. Sitting out there every morning with a cup of coffee and enjoying a glass of wine in the evening, all while taking in your own private view, was truly incredible.The apartment was very well equipped and comfortably accommodated the four of us. Having two bathrooms was also a big bonus. Candy and Nikki were both wonderful to work with, both before and during our stay. They were helpful, responsive, and made everything very easy.We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this apartment!

One of the greatest VRBO views we’ve ever had. You can see the colosseum, Roman forum and so much of the city scape from the terrace. Highly recommend for a truly unique Rome experience!

Our host was great to work with and check-in was easy. The apartment was spacious, clean, and the wi-fi worked well. We wanted a place close to the Colosseum and this apartment was only a few minutes walk away and the rooftop view was amazing! The sunrise shining on the city was pretty. Our favorite view was the Colosseum, especially at night. It was incredible! It was difficult to make ourselves go to bed on our last night, we just wanted to sit outside and look at the view. We used the nearby Metro station every day and the restaurants overlooking the Colosseum were very good. This apartment and location were so perfect, if we return to Rome we would adjust our travel dates, if needed, to stay here again.

the accomodations were nicely done -the kitchen and two new bathrooms were great- there was an enormous patio with plenty of room to enjoy the view of Constantines Arch and the Colosium with clos access blocks to downtown and multiple sites- beds comfy and great living room space too! host was easy to contact and elevator for 5 floors was a bonus -loved this place

Really enjoyed our stay here. The rooftop access was a wonderful perk for great views. Lots of space in the unit, comfortable beds, and close to a lot of cafes and restaurants. The owner was great and was super helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay very close to the Colosseum. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and had an amazing large patio with beautiful flowers—great place to wind down with a cocktail after a long day of touring. Hosts were very responsive to questions. Beds were comfortable. Street was quiet at night and air conditioning worked great! Highly recommend.

We were only there for one night so didn't get to spend much time in the apartment, but wish we could of stayed longer. It was very clean and comfortable, and the terrace with the Colosseum view was spectacular!
