Magnifica ubicación

Mi familia y yo hemos pasado 4 días de Semana Santa allí, y la verdad ha sido una experiencia magnífica. Lo mejor la ubicación del apartamento, y su terraza, las vistas son espectaculares, y la casa es tal cual se ve en las fotos. La decoración de la casa está cuidada y muy bien. Por destacar algo no tan bueno sería que el salón es pequeño para más de tres personas y no tiene mesa interior para comer o cenar.

Outstanding Colliseum vies

You cannot believe this amazing rooftop terrace! It's huge and the perfect nighttime hangout spot with the Colliseum backdrop. Would definitely highly recommend this place.

Epic Place to Stay in Rome!

We loved the location of this place! It was perfect for my family - if my kids got tired of walking, we could still come back to our place and sit on the terrace with incredible views. So many wonderful things to see were in walking distance, and the place was so nice and spacious.Our flight arrived early in the morning, and Nikki was so, so nice about letting us drop of our luggage so we could walk around and get some food.I highly recommend this location!

We had a fantastic stay at this rooftop location… Very convenient to the Colosseum and the forum. Million dollar views of the Colosseum. We will definitely stay at this location the next time we are traveling to Rome.

Just as Promised

The view was exactly as promised. The location was perfect, very close to colosseum, metro, taxis, etc. The apartment itself was perfect, charming, understated and very comfortable. We would stay here again.

Great Apartment and Owners

Only had a few days in Rome with the family and we chose this wonderful penthouse apartment overlooking the Colosseum. The owners we very gracious and helpful with checkin, helping us with bags and showing us around the apartment. We hit a snag with the hot water heater but they were able to get a plumber to fix it very quickly. I would stay here again.

The views!

I got some of the most amazing pictures from the rooftop terrace with the beautiful views and sunset. There are many many places nearby and we loved this stop in our Italy trip. The host communicated well and the accommodations were just what we needed for a family of 6. All we needed was a place to stay as we were going, going, going in Rome and this place was just perfect for us.

Amazing place to stay

Without exaggeration, this property is probably the best possible place to stay in Rome. The apartment itself is spacious and very comfortable. The terrace is what makes an already wonderful place to stay incomparable. You simply can’t beat the view of the Colosseum and all of Rome around it. I will definitely try to book this place each time I come to Rome.

SHORT STAY IN ROME

Having stayed in Rome several times in the past few years, this was by far the nicest apartment we have ever stayed in. Centrally located, just a few steps from the Coliseum, Roman Forum and Metro Station made it extremely convenient. The photos from the listing are very accurate, that is the Coliseum you can look out at from the rooftop deck. The only complaint we had was with the low water pressure in the showers, totally understandable being on the top floor, but we managed just fine. There is an elevator, that is a welcome sight at the end of a long day of sightseeing. We highly recommend staying at Superactic Apartment to anyone visiting Rome.

Perfect Location

The apartment is in a perfect location, right next to the Colosseum, the Metro, and many restaurants. Nikki was wonderful helping us get acquainted with the property at check-in, and continuing to communicate with us during our stay. The 6th floor location offered wonderful city views from the balcony. We would stay again.

Colossal Experience!

Stay here if you want to experience incredible views, palatial rooms as well as gracious hosts and a very walkable neighborhood.The apartment has everything you need, including coffee, which was a major bonus. Do not worry about the stairs, there is a lift that brings you to within a few steps of one of the best views in Rome. Huge spaces to spread out. Two private bedrooms and then another bed in an open area of the living room. Bathrooms are nicely updated, but maybe give it a minute or two to let the hot water reach the apartment when you shower.As a family of 4 we had all the space we needed, the convenient location helped kick off the grand tour of Rome and the area includes a number of excellent dining options as well as a grocery for any essentials. Grab a bottle of wine and a pizza and sit on the rooftop terrace to enjoy your view!

Amazing views

3 couples stayed on an overnight stopover in Rome. We chose this for location and it did not disappoint! Amazing views as described! A great location so close to the Colosseum we were able to walk over for our your. Apartment is located in the top floor, so anyone with ambulating issues should consider this. There is a small lift which will accommodate a couple of people and their luggage. It contains anything you’d need and very clean and comfortable. Check in with Nikki was a breeze. She was very friendly and informative, we appreciated her advice and cautions. Overall a great stay and we would definitely come again.

A Hidden Gem in Rome

Our stay in Rome was magnificent! The view from the top of the Terrace was breathtaking day and night. Nikkie helped our check-in in the seamless and even helped us get into the apartment when we had split up and the other part of our family had the keys. She was so accommodating! All the rooms were spacious and clean! The towel warmers in the bathroom were nice after cold days! Located in and idealSpot with lots to eat and places to shop! When in Rome again, we will be staying here!

Excellent location, great host

From the property, the Colosseum is visible. Large rooms very comfortable property. The unit is on the 6th floor. Sometimes the water pressure is low with limited hot water. The host is great and responds quickly. We had an afternoon flight, and they stored our luggage for several hours. Excellent customer service.

Wow! What a view!

We had an amazing stay and loved this quaint, quite Italian place. Nikkie was wonderful helping us get acclimated and checked in quickly. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms wonderful and the terrace and views were beyond amazing! Restaurants, grocery stores, everything we needed was nearby! We highly recommend studying here.

This property was wonderful!! A great location with lots of room. Everything was just as we expected and sitting out on the deck at night was great. I will definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for an apartment stay in Rome. Arrivederci, Roma!
