Great place to stay very close to the Colosseum. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and had an amazing large patio with beautiful flowers—great place to wind down with a cocktail after a long day of touring. Hosts were very responsive to questions. Beds were comfortable. Street was quiet at night and air conditioning worked great! Highly recommend.

Great communication. The view is incredible. As the other reviewers say, there is an extra set of steps once you take the elevator. The ceiling is low at one point. Be careful if you are tall. The extra steps take you to the patio with your incredible view before you get to the apartment. Nikki met us at check-in. The apartment is clean, and the bathrooms are updated. kitchen is small. Overall stay was incredible.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The rooftop access was a wonderful perk for great views. Lots of space in the unit, comfortable beds, and close to a lot of cafes and restaurants. The owner was great and was super helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

This was absolutely spectacular. It is even better than we were expecting. To have your own rooftop patio overlooking the colosseum is indescribable. The views out of the windows are breathtaking. The apartment was immaculately clean and the check in process was so wonderful. Nikki met us at check in and gave an extremely helpful property tour and was so kind. We instantly felt at home and had an amazing stay. We will be recommending this property to anyone we know traveling to Rome.

Beautiful, comfortable apartment with the best view you could hope for! A few minutes away from Colesseo station so journey from the airport was a breeze. Fully equipped kitchen - we had everything we needed. Check in and check out procedure was a breeze due to the delightful Nikki.

Our host and housekeeper were very accommodating and the terrace and view were completely as advertised. I agree with other reviewers that the third bedroom is really a room adjacent to the living room and shouldn't be considered its own bedroom. All of the other features were consistent with the description and the apartment was comfortable.

I'm sorry but it's not true that the garden furniture is unusable or broken, there's only the wooden table which has some paint peeling off because it gets ruined in the winter with the rain and bad weather and in the spring I'll repaint it, I'm sorry that you only gave me four stars for excessive criticism for so little, thanks anyway

If I could give 6 stars I would. The photos don't do it justice, the apartment is extremely comfortable and clean, with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The rooftop veranda is stunning. The location is ideal as well. The host communicated very well leading up to and throughout our visit. I have nothing but good things to say about it and would absolutely recommend it to anyone.
